Just an fyi from a combat medic and EMT.
If you come on to an accident, dont try to remove the person from the vehicle unless there is imminent danger around, like a fire, or if its on train tracks etc... You may end up causing much more harm to a patient if they have a spinal injury. Stay calm(I know ita hard) reassure them and let them know help is on the way after you've called 911(or the emergency line in your nation)

But I agree, emergency personnel should do it, with stiffneck etc, not some nervous wreck like the lady in the first clip trying to play boss.
I think people need to refresh their first aid knowledge more often. Either they don’t want to help at all because they’re scared or they help wrongly and cause permanent damage.
