I have this unit and the autotrigger on is inconsistent. For instance most of the time it comes on with just the wand sprayer but not the rotating floor cleaner. Usually have to be holding the trigger when turning on the unit to get it to come on. If you stop then it will go to standby with a blinking light and you have to turn it off then back on again while holding the trigger. Any ideas?

Kindly assist, My machine ain't showing power on the display despite connected to power. Once you press the contactor the machines motor runs. What could be the problem?

How would you refill RM 110 from the 20 L package?

Karcher have been clever to stop people doing that by putting a disolvable magnetic tablet in the 1L RM110 bottles. If the machine doesn't detect the tablet it won't heat the water. So unfortunately there's no way around it.

Hi, is it possible to start the engine but not plug into power supply? I see there is fuel tank for diesel there.. how to start it ?

Hi, the pump is run by electric power, the water is heated by the diesel. It's possible to run it cold without diesel, but you can't run it without plugging it into a power supply.

Hi, what temperature do you wash cars with and what sort of temperature for ifor williams trailers etc? Thanks

Hi Peter, on modern vehicles and trailers you can use 150 degree steam to clean them. This will use more diesel though, so if they aren't too dirty you may wish to use the eco settings and adjust it if necessary.

Hi, great video but how do you bleed the air out?

    • @CleaningequipmentservicesCoUk

Hi, remove the high pressure hose so the water runs out freeley. With the machine running squeeze the black pipe that runs to the white water filter before the pump. You will see the air in the white filter. Keep squeezing the black pipe until the air dissapears from the white filter :-)

Hi Sarah, have you had the HDS 7/10-4M or was it similar models? The reason I ask is that the '-4M' at the end means its a 4 pole motor. We were having reliability issues on our hire fleet with the 2 pole motor machines. They're only designed for short use such as car washing. The 4 pole motors run much slower and so will happily run all day long. We've not had any problems with those ones on our hire fleet.

It could be the motor spec as you say, buzxing and not stsrting sometimes, then the detergent selector works sometimes then not, sometimes runs on for no reason ( no leaks) we sent one in for refurbishing and it came back tge same . Hey ho
