Tks for your sharing about various technical details, mostly, about a car. Also I would appreciate, if you could explain about various settings in side a car, which normally a seller will not disclose to a buyer because of lack of time. For example a Urban Cruiser car has lot of settings in respect of, audio system, Doors opening and closing, wipers operation, milege calculation, alarm system, Air conditioner settings, Tyre pressure etc ; When answers for the above queries are mostly available in other languages I wasn't able to find the same in tamil language, to educate our Tamil friends. As a sincere follower, I would request you to please arrange to post necessary informations to help the new car buyers, which no one will teach them except Birla Parvai.

After watching ur precious video on ECM services, I have reached out cars only. My AC shuts off after reaching speed of 45 KM. He tried for 1+ Hr but he couldn't figure the issue.. So ended up paying 1K RS without any resolution to my issue..

Thanks for your valuable feedback.
I remember attending this complaint and Hope you remember our conversation that day. After Diagnosing the car we found that this was an issue from the Hyundai service centre, were the AC connections wiring was plugged incorrectly after your recent service. Since it's completely an issue from service side, I requested you to check with the Service centre before working on the solution.

As a Automotive Powertrain Mechatronics Engineer with 12+ years of experience, i strongly recommend that please don't open the ECU board and fiddle it around... It can lead to dangarous scenarios especially if you unknowingly touch Injector control ASIC chips. Sudden unwanted acceleration or random ECU behavior during running condition can be fatal disaster.
There are some safety measures OEMs implement in ECUs to take care of its function safety (ISO26262) and cybersecurity (ISO21434) etc..
It is always recommend to replace only the genuine OEM parts, especially for ECM or Engine Management ECU.

bro most of ecu ecm problems coming from hyundai cars only..i also had a same problem with my i20 when i was water service to do in local service station..after the service i drove my car to my home mean while within two kilometer automaticaly the streeing feels tight after that ac was shutdown..even my was brandnew i20 kilometer driven by 20000 only..i fetch my car and went to hyndai service centre and explained my problems..they said your fault..told me ecu was fully dameged we can't resolve this you must changed full ECU unit like that..They said amount of ecu including Gst Rs,70000 to 85000..i was shocked and fight and coversation to the showroom.authorities..finally i said i left the car fully behind u after that i don't have enough money to paid that repair the unit..even just 20000km after driving like this bla bla i spoke after come back my home...i leave the car in showroom 15 days..mean while. i sent mail to the headoffice spoke to the GM mumbai..After showroom manger call me handover my car without replace Ecu with zero charges...till now no problem all ok..but How can they resolve my ECU unit is mystery for me tq birla
Should be because water have had contact, and when it dried it should have gone smooth. Usually while doing waterwash on the engine bay they will cover the ECU with plastic cover

If you do anything in electrical system, electrical warranty will get void. Mechanical accessories won't void any warranty until it affects and damages car.if you retro fit from oem it won't void any warrany but costly

hi Bro, One question my engine started overheating once in a long journey after 200 kms continous Running Hyundai i10. after that kept some rest, used water mixed with coolant and we took again. Cleaned Coolant reservoir plus done work on Heater core from authorized service center. they said to try on short journey
and keep under observation. for a long journey how do we check overheat issue before journey starts any suggestion. my one is old 2009 I10 Model.

Never use ordinary water or mineral water. Use only distilled water . Other waters will kill your engine slowly

Yes it's kind of mobile and laptop service. If the issue is diagnosed properly then it will run. If this component became faulty due to other component on board issue will come again. That's how electronics works. But if for reliability then need to change the complete ECU

Engine type: petrol engine with a kappa VTVT and a displacement of 1197 cc.
Two services have already been completed. 16,254 kilometers at the moment. The 3rd service is now limited to 20,000 kilometers. However, he claimed that the authorized dealer needed to service your car. I informed him that it has not yet traveled 20,000 kilometers. I'll take it to the service facility when it reaches 20,000 kilometers.

Don't believe him if your car is outside Chennai he will say he will rectify it and get an amount it will work for a very short time if you contact him again. He will ask to change the board he will ask for a heavy amount

Recently I had an issue with my Baleno were engine, abs, steering had lit up yet it let me to drive but the steering were very tight. Went to service station they scanned and it showed something wrong with abs and solution given is abs unit needs to be changed. Then I decide to take it to nexa and all of sudden lights were Gove off and were able to drive smoothly. Anyone happened to came across the issue ?
May be minor issue, Check with nexa service for reconfirmation. So far I haven't encountered from Baleno diesel.
