hello!, I'm trying to export the data from the device to an USB directly but it's not happening. Do you know which would be the problem, should something be activated previously?
I have a question regarding the temperature control. It seems that at some point the system is heating the vessel although it is at the desired temperature. The device will not start cooling until we disconnect and reconnect the cooling water. Is it a software issue?
I have a question about autoclave. For autoclaving, we separate every parts from the vessel holder or we don't need to seperate. Just we autoclave whole apparatus.
Hi Fahmida, there’s no need to separate the parts from the vessel holder. The vessel, vessel holder, reagent bottles and pump heads are all autoclaved together as a closed system, ensuring sterility.
