I understand that going of extremes with family to alone, tons of work then quiet. You are taking such good care of yourself. Loved the rainy day. Miss those. Have you tried making "Nice Cream" in your blender, its like icecream but with frozen fruit and protein powder and stuff, so good! just google nice cream recipes.
Thank you! It’s definitely hard going between those extremes but a great learning experience. I’ve tried nice cream & love it. It’s a summer staple back when I’m in Aus. Here I don’t have a strong enough blender but I make smoothies/juices all the time 😊
I've always wanted to go see a Broadway show, what would you say is your favourite one to see? At home, I have lots of papaya and mango trees in my backyard so I love to eat them together with some yogurt and one way I like to get extra protein into my more savory meals is by making red lentil tofu. Its alot cheaper than regular tofu and nice when you want a little switch up of flavour.

I’ve thought about it, but as I’m only here for a few months at a time I don’t want to buy anything I won’t be bringing back with me as it feels like a waste. It’s good fitness anyway I guess 🤣
