Prince Simakade confident of victory in court battle for Zulu throne

Prince Simakade KaZwelithini's faction of the Zulu royal house is confident of winning the legal battle for Kingship. That's because Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi has not filed a signed supporting affidavit on behalf of King Misuzulu. They say the King also failed to file his heads of argument.
Prince Simakade has asked the Gauteng High Court to order President Cyril Ramaphosa to recognise him as the Zulu king and to set aside the decisions of the meeting of the Royal House that identified King Misuzulu as regent.
