I agree with what you said about the encore mainly, but I disagree a bit about coachella. I think they did great, on both weeks. The reason being the fact that on the first week there was virtually NO backtrack and no auto tune on the mics, it was genuinely just them singing authentically live with the group’s notoriously harsh choreography. Their set also lasted forty minutes, and the clips used to hate were from the first track and the last, which I think is so shady and weird. They were also experiencing audio issues because every single person who experienced coachella live has said that they sounded great, and that they sounded different to the official livestream. The main problem seems to be the fact that kpop stans just aren’t used to the way raw unfiltered vocals sound (a vocal coach even said this) while you’re moving around/dancing. And hypothetically, even if they were ‘bad’, the point of coachella is to perform and that’s what they did, garnering a huge crowd that left satisfied. If there wasn’t the stigma circling around that le sserafim can’t sing, nobody would give a fuck about their vocals at coachella. The hate train has been slowly building since coachella, to the point where they were receiving hate for even being in the lineup, without even having performed. They aren’t the best vocalists, but they’ve improved tremendously in comparison to their past selves, and the criticism has unfortunately drifted into hate. Enjoyed hearing your thoughts on this. For the second weekend at Coachella, they did better but they did up the backing track more, so the singing got obscured at times. Of course, they still got criticism from K-netizens and certain international fans. And you're right, shows like "Killing Voice" and "It's Live" do have post-production and editing done. They even did it for groups known for their vocals like Mamamoo and BTOB. At this point, the only real live stuff is either at concerts, music show encores or special things like stage practice dance videos(like what ITZY and NMIXX do).
Eunchae actually has been getting separate hate from the Korean side because a clip from a livestream last year went viral where she's responding to a comment from a high schooler about how they have to wake up early for school and she says "that must be tough" and it sounded sarcastic and now they're going after her from that, saying she's "privileged" and doesn't understand the struggle.
It also seems to be a HYBE issue because ILLIT, the newest girl group(and Enhypen's younger sisters) had a shaky encore too and they have been getting scrutinized as well.

For me ,Red velvet, and nmixx are the only girl group that can sing live, the rest r just bs , but few individuals in different girl groups should not be ignored like Liz from I've, Jhyo ,jongyeon from twice, Minnie, Miyeon from Gidle , Huh Yunjin from Le Sserafim , Ningning from Aespa etc but can't say the same for the rest of their group members, like I can understand Rose from BP is good singer but not good enough to compare her with the likes of Ningning , Jhyo , nmixx Red velvet etc . But I don't blame them because kpop industry has never been based on the performers vocal abilities alone but more on their looks so.
