#8. “Hidden Critters”-This curious aspect of the one-dollar bill isn’t as easy to debunk as some of theories revolving around US currency. If you look extremely closely, and we mean magnifying glass close, outside of the top left part of the ornate border that surrounds the number one on the right side of the bill you will see an odd looking figure. Some say that the image is of a skull and some say it is a spider but the most common thing that people think it is, is an owl. What is the significance of this hidden critter? Well as it turns out the owl is considered to be one of the main symbols of the Freemasons, the secret and powerful brotherhood that many of the founding fathers are believed to have belonged. The Freemasons believe that the owl represents reincarnation because they are nocturnal and according to legends, owls contain the souls of people who have passed away who are waiting until morning to find a new body. Though less fantastical, they have also long been symbols of wisdom, the pursuit of which is a common theme in Freemasonry and the Illuminati.
#7 “Money Makings”- One secret that you probably weren’t aware of lies in what material the dollar bill is actually made out of. You may have wondered how something made out of paper can withstand so much wear and tear over the years and not disintegrate like normal paper would. Well, this is because U.S. paper currency isn’t made out of paper at all, rather a combination of seventy-five percent cotton and twenty-five percent linen, which give it superior durability to plain old paper. These bills are also required to have red and blue fibers woven into the tight fabric for added security. The average dollar bill lasts around six years, whereas if it was made of paper it probably wouldn’t last more than a year under the conditions our money experiences.
#6. “Letter Code”- Unless you are completely oblivious to what you are putting in your wallet you have probably noticed the circular stamp-looking marking with a letter inside of it on the dollar bill. This is is the Federal Reserve Seal and the letter inside of it represents the reserve bank that ordered the bill. The number next to the seal, called the Federal Reserve District Number also corresponds to this bank. There are twelve of these banks across the country and each of them represents a different region of the country. If you see the letter ‘A’ and the number ‘1’ this means the bill was ordered by the bank in Boston. If you see the letter ‘L’ and the number ‘12’ the bill was ordered by the bank in San Francisco. - Zábava

Take any bill besides a $1 bill, which doesn't have an embedded thread, and hold it up in front of a moderately bright light so that it is back-lit. Not only is the thread visible but if your vision is good enough you can read on the thread a number that corresponds to that bills denomination.
Bonus fact. Those counterfeit pens are sometimes worthless. While they will detect a counterfeit bill that is printed on paper that isn't right they can't detect the case where let's say a $1 bill is bleached and then counterfeited to look like a much larger denomination like a $20, $50 or $100 bill. Why is this? Because the paper is legitimate after all. But looking at the thread, or lack thereof, is a dead giveaway.

Dollars and bills weren't around until the late 1800s and early 1900s as we know them today. The founding fathers never used "dollar bills" because the FED didn't exist back then

Federal reserve notes MUST be displaced as our accepted preferred unit of exchange if we are ever to be free. The founding fathers knew that paper money was the money of slaves, and that gold and silver was the money of free men. That is why they - in the Constitution section 10, article 1 - forbade the issuance of anything except gold and silver as legal tender. They specifically forbade the use of "bills of credit" (paper money) as money.
The banking cartel creates paper money (or it's digital equivalent) out of thin air whenever they issue credit. This is highly immoral, because they get to steal the exchange value of the money when they issue the loan. They also then get to charge interest on that "money" which they never earned or produced anything in exchange for. The whole thing is nothing more than a giant organized crime operation - made "legal" by the perpetrators of the thievery.

I had a friend-a Smithsonian volunteer docent collegue whose job was "graphic designer" for the US. Treasury in D.C....I heard many oddities from him---albeit he actually had to design more stamps and bonds than cash. Yet- once as he was fined for 32 dollars for speeding in a N.W.state-he designed, made and sent a 32 dollar banknote to that sheriff (with permission of his boss and paying the face value to the office! Allegedly the sheriff never cashed the completely legal-albeit individual banknote.)

Dollar bills were not created by the "Founding Fathers", so any theory that attributes features on our currency to them is wrong. (They did create the Great Seal, but not with the intention that it would be put on paper money.)
