Mike as always enjoy your videos. My grandma always fried chicken in an iron skillet (not deep fried) and after turning once she would put the lid on for about 12 minutes then take it off to crisp up the skin/coating. We always bought smaller whole chicken and disjointed it ourselves and soaked in buttermilk with seasonings over night. Every part was used including the neck, back and giblets. Wish I could make you and Christine some!

He is from Texas and cooks the meat like you would expect in Texas. She is from Korea and makes the sauce using Korean flavors. They serve it with Korean style banchan pickles instead of the usual dill pickle slices. It is so good.

Thanks for reviewing Dollywood I have been going there since they opened in 1985. great place to bring kids. way better and cheaper then Disney . You want the full Dollywood experience stay at Dolly Parton Resort called Dreammore and try the restaurant there.

I'm a little late, but the owners of Thrill also run KPOP BBQ in north Atlanta, which is way cheaper at like $28 a person and just as good. The owners are also awesome every time I've met them.

I’m from Knoxville, TN. Would love to eat at Dollywood with you next time you’re in. I’ve been a fan of yours for awhile and I keep season passes.
