    I have owned one for some time. Best cart ever. Turns corner like a pro. Good video Joe. This is what DJS need if they aren’t already happy with a conventional Rock n Roller. The 6 wheels is amazing

    Love my AMG 750, I have been using it for about 7 years. It's very easy to maintain and still holds up. Best cart ever. Just a little bulky for smaller vehicles, but outside of that it's great!

    I’ve owned this dolly (I have the gruv gear version) and have always questioned why the Rock n Roller was so overwhelmingly popular. This dolly is so versatile

      The Rock n Roller has the option of solid all terrain wheels, which are way better than pneumatics any day. At $600 this cart is overpriced and should have solid tires. After using pneumatic wheels for over 10 years, I was done with them. Pain in the butt.

    I have the original one before they made the all terrain one, at least 5-7 years. Best investment ever! I am interested to see how well it works. I have used mine over grass and gravel. It works but not well. Inside buildings and elevators, this thing is amazing! The one thing I love is that if you need parts for it Krane/gruv gear has them. I think once this version cane out, they made a conversion kit but it was another $300. One thing to do, get some extra nuts and lock washers for the carpet decks. Mine has the locking casters which is great if you are on a hill or just don’t want it to roll away. Keep it lubed with some WD-40 and it will last forever!!!

    Like you, I've owned lots of Rock N Roller carts and my gripe with them is the plastic bearings for the wheels. What are the bearings made of in this one? Great video BTW. Thanks for the steady, useful content.

    Thanks! I hadn’t heard of this one until now.
    FYI, Sweetwater sells this cart (Krane AMG 750) for $450!
    Alternatively, the AMG 500 model (500# capacity) is only $290.

  • @allsoundmusicentertainment3736

    So Joe…do you see the other moving parts being fragile at all. It looks like a beast man! FYI…the command center is SOOOOO CLEAN!!! 🎉 used it for the 1st time this past weekend.

    I'm curious if the side bag for the Rock N Roller will fit onto the side of this cart? I have the Rock N Roller cart with the side bag and I love the side bag to put speaker poles and stands in.

      The Handle Bag is what I'm referring to.

    • @scottjohnson1595
      @scottjohnson1595 Před rokem +1

      It probably would, depends on the width. I use the small bag for cords and cables and the big bag holds my power conditioner and backup mixer.

    Great review. One thing they didn't address which is a shame, is that they didn't put some type of handle that you can use to pull or push the cart OUTSIDE of the two folding metal rails, because anyone who has used those type of carts know that once you load it to a certain height - you'll have trouble pulling or pushing it because your fingers will get caught between that rail and your equipment which is, well, painful :) Some type of handle that attaches from the outside of the rail would have solved that and would have allowed to load stuff much higher than you can do right now, and still be able to pull/push the cart without hurting your fingers. I have a friend who solved this by attaching a bicycle handlebar to one of those folding rails which works great, but if this is the best cart out there, they should address that themselves. Maybe there's something in the accessories that helps, but I doubt it. Thanks for a great video !

    • @scottjohnson1595
      @scottjohnson1595 Před rokem +1

      I leave a little space between the cargo and the handle. Also, if you are pulling it, you can unlock it then use the metal rail at an angle. I normally leave the other rail down and I can put a lot more out in front and on top. I do 3 trips and in and out in about 15 minutes.

    • @d.s.6268
      @d.s.6268 Před rokem

      @@scottjohnson1595 Cool. Yeah, you can work around it, but I find it limiting enough to expect the "best" cart out there to address it. I think the equipment is most secure on the cart when it's fully loaded end to end, and the rail is up, so I'd like to be able to pull/push it that way even when it's loaded high and not have to put less stuff on there because it hurts my fingers :)

    There are wheel locks so you can store it without it rolling around. I have owned mine 5 years and still going strong. I use it for dog shows

    For the same money a Magliner (Made in USA) aluminum cart works great. I have 4, with enclosed trailer, I keep all my gear on the carts. Load in tim is less than 5 minutes, 4 carts stacked with gear.

    I'm curious, When it comes shipped. Do you have to assemble the cart like you do with the Rock and Roller? or is it already assembled? Not deal breaker, I'm just curious.... Thanks for your review... found it on Zzounds for $449, but the outer wheels look a lil smaller than yours....Did you grab the All terrain wheel kit or something?

    • @DJJoeBunn
      @DJJoeBunn  Před rokem +1

      I think I had to put on a couple of wheels, that's it. There is a regular version I think and then this ATV one.

    • @djskillzz215
      @djskillzz215 Před rokem

      @DJJoeBunn Okay.. I ordered mine yesterday... I assume it's the regular 750? They did offer an all terrain wheel kit package for an additional $350... I should be okay with the regular one... Again Thanks for your review... I'm coming from the Rocker Roller ...they end up bending over time... I gotta good 5+ years out of it...

    What about a table that could span across the top of it connected to the handles?? This thing looks to have far too much
    flex with it when loaded with heavier weight.

      Never tried that piece out, but it certainly is built strong enough to hold a DJ controller.

    2023 update… I haven’t purchased yet… I have two rock N rollers … but I noticed they’ve changed the wheels on them.. they don’t seem as robust…at least on the model I seen on Amazon… I’m looking for an updated video.

    Gravity stand off-road cart is the industry standard.. This thing is junk 😁🤣🤣 literally every DJ will tell you the gravity cart is the one to buy. Anything with tension wires and inflatable wheels is just a bad idea to start with.
