where is the purse in the thumbnail from????
Hi, just found ur channel and i love it, i subscribed because i love ur advice, and ur dress
I use zip loc bags to compress the clothes 😉
Nice great job💗👍
yasssss going to rhodes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great vid btw i was really interested even though it was made in 2018 LOL
When you travel with another person (partner, spouse, BF), it's a good idea to put one complete outfit in the other person's suitcase. If one bag doesn't make it to the final destination, you'll have emergency clothing.
oooh! I like that one. We are sharing tees so we just have to put a pair of sox , underwear, and either a pair jeans or shorts in each others bags. BRILLIANT!
We tend to travel with one suitcase and separate carry on bags because I need to keep my asthma meds nearby that and pain medicine
This has saved my family's collective ass more than once!!
I travel in only carry on
Thank you. Great tip!
why am i watching this at 1 am with school tomorrow when i’m not going on a trip anytime soon
omg i can relate
wow i miss school
@@imalyfetty5651 i dont
All of these are great tips! A few tips I can contribute:
*1.* Always keep a small pen in your carry-on bag. It seems like there is never a pen available when you have to fill out customs cards
*2.* You know those plastic store bags that are _everywhere_ ? Pack a few! They take up very little space and can come in handy when dealing with dirty or wet items.
The pen thing!! After my first international flight I was absolutely blown away that not a single travel vlogger ever thinks to mention bringing a pen.
Jill Mote I definitely try to now 😊 after getting stuck once without one I learned my lesson
And I'll just add, I bring two. Because one will get lost. Count on it.
Try Pokka pens.
I go with 4 multi pens (packed in different spots) they have various colors in the same pen and some have the stylus built in too!
I like to roll whole outfits into each other!! So socks, underwear, leggings, and a shirt. That way you don't have to go through your suitcase looking for something that matches/is missing.
That's pretty good. Takes some planning, I guess but you don't have to think about how to assemble an outfit at your destination.
XxMadz007 i do this!!!
Great tip
yes!!
XxMadz007
I love this hack! I always use it and if you are in a rush, it’s so, so convenient.
Great tips! My add on's:
1] Zip-lock bags are great for items like lotion/shampoo, etc. They also come in different sizes to pack different items - smaller bags for jewellery, bigger bags for clothes if you don't have packing cubes.
2] A shawl is as multipurpose as a sarong, especially to keep you warm on the plane - like to cover my knees during those long, cold flights.
3] If you ever get a free toiletry bag on the plane keep it! The bag can be used to keep other small items, the eye mask is usually washable so you don't have to buy one, the little toothbrush and tooth paste is ideal for freshening up at the airport, and the socks are good for added warmth or as "airplane slippers" or cut off the toe ends to act as knee guards.
4] If you stayed at a hotel that provided those little bottles of lotion,shampoo/soap,etc (most do) keep it for your next flight/trip - its under 100 ml and ideal for your carry on. The soap/shower gel can also be used to wash clothes, or add sugar to it to use as an exfoliator.
5] Use your department store bags or even the clear plastic ones you get for free from the fresh produce/fruit and veg section - for dirty laundry, shoes, etc.
6] Take some basic medications for common ailments that work on you -- like tylenol for pain/fever, ibuprofen/brufen for migraines/anti-inflammatory, allergex for an anti-histamine &/or sinus medication, immodium for diarrhoea, buscopan/scopex for stomach cramps, little bottles of saline for cleaning wounds or as eye drops, anti-septic ointment, a muscle ointment/healing balm like voltaren/deep heat. I know it sounds like a neurotic, pharmacy junkie but it always helps when you don't have to visit a pricey pharmacy/doctor when travelling - just put it in 10-15cm Zip-lock and you are all good.
7] Those buffs made famous by "Survivor" are also pretty handy - face mask, head band, neck cover, head cover, wrist band for electronics, etc.
8] I don't know if many of you are familiar with the often expensive bag wrapping at the airports to protect your checked-in luggage - a good alternative is to buy thick cling film wherever you are and do it yourself before you leave for the airport.
9] I suggest having a little sling bag to fit your passport and/or your phone, so it's near at hand at the airport. Ladies could get a durable, medium to small sized, multi-zip one (about the size of an iPad) for use during the whole trip.
10] Keep a large plastic/material shopping bag folded away - to carry your jackets/shoes,etc.
11] Hand sanitizer and wet wipes are great for freshening up, general cleaning and unexpected stains. Yo can often get baby wet wipes for much cheaper and little travel/sample packs are often given for free. "Sensitive" baby wipes can be used on the face and to remove make -up.
12] Pack a few emergency munchies and candies - again, in the small zip-lock.
Great Tips! Thank you, and happy traveling! 😊
thats a BIG message but good tips
If travelling with medications, take a doc letter explaining why you need them. Also carry current scripts. Check country of destination for rules eg. paracetamol is illegal in Japan. So is “the pill”
So many good ideas! I always bring an empty refillable water bottle through security so I can fill it on the other side and don't have to pay $9 for a bottle of water haha
Yes! And you don't have to keep asking the flight attendants for water and have to finish drinking it because the cups don't have sealable lids.
Heather MacRae
Yes! I just go to Starbucks, get a coffee and hand them my water bottle - they know the drill!!!!
i wanted to do the same thing, bring my empty bottle to my carry on backpack but i was afraid that they will throw it away because it's 700ml bottle :< so i ended up packing it in my registered suitcase. Do you think there would be a problem if i would take 700ml bottle in a carry on?
Ori Gotchi as long as when you pass through security the bottle is empty, you will be fine. They don't care about the physical bottle - they care about what's in the bottle. So if it's empty they won't care ;)
Heather MacRae thank you for the response! I will try it next time :)
Love how you get right to the tips and don’t waste time with gobbledygook talk. I suggest taking in the carryon a dark colored bandana or cotton scarf to fold and use as a sleep mask for long flights or in case the roomates like to stay up late and the glow from their electronics would disturb your ZZZZZZ’s. Don’t know how much an actual sleep mask costs but Bandanas are cheap - like a dollar or less so you could buy several and pack some in your checked bag and keep one with you in your carry-on.
If you're going to be traveling around a super humid place where you have to worry about your bag/clothes molding, bring a spray bottle filled with vinegar - it kills the mold, and while your stuff might smell like vinegar, it's much better than the smell of mold. I use this while doing fieldwork in tropical rainforests where nothing every fully dries. This year, I'm going back to Ecuador for a few months and then I'll be heading to Indonesia and then Laos, both for the first time!
I second this! Although I mainly use it to deodorize my feet and boots...
Lauren Aida my family is from Ecuador and that’s where I am going with them in a couple months! Is the vinegar spray bottle a must to prevent the mold?
That's awesome! It's good to have just in case if you're going to be in the oriente for a few days or more, but if you're just visiting the Amazon for a day or two and then going right back to the sierra or the coast then everything will dry out there. Have a great time!!
Lauren Aida We will be there for almost a month so I guess I’m going to have to get some! Haha, thank you!!
Lauren Aida thanks! I’m actually in process of moving to Honduras, and need all the help I can get!
1. Instead of a power bar, I recommend getting one adapter that also offers multiple USB outlets. Most of my electronics don't demand the regular plug nowadays, so saves space and are inexpensive on Amazon
2. I have sensitive skin and a fast drying towel is AMAZING vs the towels at hostels and hotels
3. I love shower caps for wet items (shampoo, conditioner)
4. I get free samples of tide at Costco for washing clothes
5. Foldable reusable grocery bags for shopping/groceries - or foldable anything
6. Old contact lens cases for creams
I put tumble dryer conditioner sheets between my clothes to keep them smelling lovely :)
A frozen sponge to keep snacks cold... that is brilliant!!!! Great tips, thanks for sharing!
Frozen grapes work even better, bonus snack!
For necklaces, if you put them in a snack-sized Ziploc but close it with the clasp outside the bag, it won't get tangled!
great tip!
I pack a single makeup look that I can do with just one palette and a single jewelry set that is minimal but goes with everything. Usually 2 layered necklaces (wear each alone or both together) and some stud earrings. I always end up getting jewelry when I travel, so I don’t want to bring much. I also pack clothes that are all in the same color family, so everything goes together. For me, it’s usually neutrals- blacks, grays, and olives, with one thing that is more fun.
i think this is the best packing hack video i've ever seen
That's so awesome to hear. Many more travel hack videos to come :)
Another hack I just recently learn, try putting your earrings in buttonholes. So they’re always paired and you won’t loose them that easy ☺️
I carry Lysol wipes to wipe down the airplane seats, tray and hand rests. I like to take small bottle wrinkle releaser so I don't have to iron. Lastly I always take a candle, it's comforting.
I bring nitrile. I sometimes clean the toilet seat if it's gross.
WATER works great as a wrinkle releaser, too. I pack an empty 3 oz. spray bottle and fill with H2O at destinations. I use it to revive my curls and also to release any wrinkles in clothes.
I love the idea of a candle!
Try a candle in a tin with a lid! No mess, stable, etc!
@@nuvoclassic just leave hair straight. Curls 😣😣😣😣😣
Not sure if this is a hack, but I ONLY travel with a hard surface suitcase. I worked with a guy that used to load luggage on/off planes. He told me that after they transported fish from Alaska it would leave a lot of liquid on the bottom of the plane. They would use soft, fabric suitcases/dufflebags to "soak up" the fish juice. I literally screamed out in my office when he told me this.
holy flying hell! I'm not going anywhere near Alaska with my luggage then.
Holy shittt. That’s disgusting. Should probably make this known to everyone haha
Ground staff hate hard suitcases as well, because they don't have any give to be packaged into the 'cans'. Most airlines have a policy that anything has to be packaged properly - i.e. fish can't leak lol
Wow, that is foul!! Good to know!
I think if that was a fact, it would've been way more widely known. Especially if it was done to multiple bags. It's a social media world now.
I am fairly flat chested I plan on using a sports bra that has removable padding ( take it out ) and put extra cash in my bra
Smart!!!
Joy Watson that’s smart ! I actually love that
Joy Watson That's cool, I do something similar but with a product by stashbandz that is not even designed as a bra. Will be explaining in my next youtube video.
Yes! Put your money in the "bank of trust"!
Joy Watson OOOOHH
Thank you! Wonderful hacks! I'm a flight attendant and can vouch for the awesomeness of packing cubes! Also airport security has cracked down on food so be sure to have your food in a separate bag (not just loose in your backpack) just like your liquids, as this will get you through security faster
Great vid, and to the point!
I just got back from the Philippines and have a month in Italy coming up in June.
My hacks are 1: bring tea tree oil, has so many uses (bed bug repellent, good for skin, stops oily build up in hair)
2: if you wont use it more than once dont bring it.
Annnnnd if you are leaving pets with family or friend sleep on a blanket and leave it with your dog to ease their time apart.
Id love a vid on travelling/ camping with pets 😊
Hayley Smith Aw, I love the dog one! Thanks!
I always bring a sleeping bag liner (you can make one, a Q size sheet folded in half and sewn across the bottom (short side) and a third of the way up the long side) This way I'm always sleeping in my own bed and a hard shake out keeps "pets" at bay. (also, luggage in the bathtub, but that's a whole other thing)
Love the idea of a pill case to house jewelry that way as you pack to go home or your next destination just make sure all the "days" are occupied and accounted for and your good to go.
They have something similar to gotubes at dollar tree. It's a salad dressing holder but the same concept and size.
Victoria Alexis brilliant!
I’m planning my packing for Bangkok this June!!!
One tip I have is to plan ahead early what you’ll want to wear, and try on the outfits to be sure they work. If you don’t love it, don’t bring it!
I don’t have a shower cap, but I’ll use those plastic produce bags to keep my shoes covered. I’ve used the Sephora sample hack for my foundation every time! I never end up using it all, and it takes up so little space in my carry on liquids bag...
I'm going on an extended trip and because I'm super anal, I'm making a calendar of all the events and planning outfits in advance. You need to know, for example, how many times (approximately, obviously) you'll be needing a nice, going-out-for-dinner or whatever outfit.
Great tips, Kristin! I totally agree about travel cubes and rolling your clothes. Some of my tips: my carryon is a Travelon antitheft classic messenger bag. My iPad and Kindle both fit in it and I charge them before I leave and at every airport. No paper books! I wear a golf skort and golf shirt underneath sweats when going on a winter sun holiday, then just peel off a layer on the plane. I wear loafers to avoid having to unlace shoes at security. I always bring a string bag. Weighs about 20g and is invaluable for unexpected shopping. I also bring a couple of Ziplok bags for wet swimsuits, etc. I bring minimal jewellery and put it in a Ziplok bag in my Travelon bag. I don’t wear any jewellery going through security. I put my business card inside my check in suitcase (if I need to check my luggage) in case it gets lost.
I love the business card idea! A luggage tag should work but it's a good extra measure
My tip: simple cotton jersey minidresses/tunics with sleeves. They are so soft and comfy and come in a wide variety of prints, or plains. They don’t crease or need ironing. They can be worn alone or with jeans or leggings. They can be layered with a T-shirt underneath or a cardigan or jumper over. They are warm if it’s cold and cool if it’s hot. They double as nightdresses. They can look smart/casual, suitable for beach or city. Not expensive.
Great tip! I always love finding the perfect clothing for travel. Did you check out Encircled? I linked them in the video description and they make amazing clothing for travel.
Travel cubes - Literally don’t know what my life would be without them. Really stresses me out when I see people just pulling out clothes from their bag and it’s all just scrunched up in there. Mega packing OCD ha
Hahah I hear Ya! Packing cubes are incredible. And you can fit so much more in your luggage and stay organized at the same time
So annoying though…I watched every video under the sun of how to pack and what to pack etc and I STILL packed my bag to the rim full of things haha. Now that it’s perfectly organised with the cubes and everything fits neatly I can’t bare to throw things away haha
Hi The Wander Life. I agree packing cubes are fabulous tools to keep you organised. My favs are the lightweight compression cubes to tame your gear😀. Sounds like you are using packing cubes to pack tight rather than light, lol? Try slowly cutting down to see how you enjoy carrying less. I weight everything (OCD?) to take the emotion out when deciding what to cull if I've packed too enthusiastically! Happy & Safe Travels.
Where did you bought travel cubes?
What are packing cubes?
In 2018 I lived out of a backpack for a year traveling all over Asia and Africa. I’ll echo the sarong and packing cubes! I also used lavender, peppermint, and tester essential oils, a power strip with USB, a travel sheet, a pouch to hold important papers and passport, external hard drive, A solid pair of flip flops, and my nano puff Patagonia jacket- which was essential on air plains. I stole a travel blanket from an airplane that I loved. Oh and a thermometer was soooo important since I was in dengue and malaria areas constantly
Thanks for all the hacks! I always use packing cubes for all my clothes and accessories to keep things organized! 🙏
I am getting ready to go to Japan in 5 weeks time for the Sakura viewing season (cherry blossoms). First time I have ever left Australia so I am a teensy bit excited. Going to be staying in Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nagano and back to Tokyo. I will definately be using someone of your packing hacks!
I put items that might leak in two plastic bags
me too! Korea AND Japan for 2 1/2 weeks!!! Wonder if there is a special travel hack tip vid for ASIA specifically?
Omg was the oven mit for hot hair tongs/straightener idea is life changing thank you so much!!
Loved the hacks! Getting ready for a 4-month backpacking trip across Europe March next year...I've been perfecting my packing skills over the years, but I always learn a thing or two by watching videos such as yours.
Thanks!
I loved your travel packing tips! You shared many that I had never thought of and the fact that I can use stuff that I may already have in my house like putting shoes in a shower cap and hot hair appliances in an oven mitt, priceless info! I also loved your delivery style. So A-musing!
Going on a 1.5 week trip to Europe in May: Barcelona, Cannes, Rome, Amalfi (Solerno), Catania (Sicily), Zadar (Croatia), Venice- wanting to pack in a carry-on- thank you for the great tips!
I️ love the idea of using a straw to keep necklaces untangled! I’m definitely going to use that for my next trip. One thing I️ always do is pack a plastic trash bag- it’s good for wet items or to keep your dirty clothes separate from the clean ones. It’s especially helpful when camping.
Wow! Loved these tips, so many I didn’t know about. Thank you for sharing your packing hacks
Awesome packing tips..thanx
Great video ! Thanks for posting it !
I personally prefer folding my clothes Marie Kondo style... I managed to pack up 6 days of clothes (including toiletries, electronic, shoes and a small Teddy Bear !) for both my 8yo daughter and myself, in a regular Carry on luggage with that folding method.
Great tips!
Thanks Katharin. I'm glad you enjoyed the video
Why are you the absolute COOLEST, Kristen?! I love how zero waste and eco-friendly you are. Soooo many good tips, and ones I haven't come across before. Excellent! Love it! Thank you!
Leaving for my first ever overseas adventure in 8 weeks, 3 months backpacking Europe, and this has been super helpful. Thank you!
love your travel hacks :)
I'm so glad. Hope they help for your next trip
Really LOVE Your videos. Not a lot of chit chat. Straight to the point. LOVE IT. Keep em comin 😃
Thank you so much for telling me about Encircled!!
Thanks for not having a long intro!!!
Also never wrap cables palm-to-elbow. The wiring inside the insulation is twisted tightly, and forcing the cable into a certain shape will break the insides. Gently wrap it loosely as it hangs in the air as the cable naturally goes, you'll end up with a slightly less neat loop but it'll last longer :)
I’m definitely gonna use a lot of these when I travel for senior year next year. My best friend and I are taking a three month vacation and driving through every state in the us and doing famous attractions in every state. So excited thank you for this video
Tip for students:
Make sure to bring any device in your carry on, where you can access a school app or contact the school. Also I don’t wanna make this sound boring but if your traveling over a school holiday, find a way you can go over what you have learned, trust me, it makes school easier when you come back. Make sure to bring a laptop or tablet or something incase your teacher decides to send you some homework online 👍🏻
Dundee, Scotland! I love your hacks!!
Yay! I'm filming a bunch more so stay tuned for new ones every week
Oh my god the straws for necklaces. Yes! Spent 20 minutes detangling one today. Great video 👍🏻
'Glad Press and Seal' plastic wrap works better and faster than threading through straws...
Awesome suggestions. Thanks!
Thank you for your real world practical tips. You are such a pleasure to listen to.
Packing to go to Barcelona next week. First time going to Europe :) Will defnitely be using these tips!
If you are taking any flights in Europe, make sure to pay attention to the new carry on rules. Some of the cheaper airlines are charging a fee for any carry on bag that doesn't qualify as a personal item.
Good to note. Thanks.
WOW!
Doing a 20 day Cruise to Europe. Also staying 10 days in Rome before flying back to Md. Thanks for these tips!!!
Love your personality!
New Subbie here!
Having accessories on that medicine container is genius! I never thought of that!
Thanks Kristen, for crisp video about packing hacks. I think having less luggage can help in many ways, your travel hacks will make me pack faster and save space and all of these will help me for my next trip packaging.
“Rocky Mountain soap company, they’re from Alberta...” yes Alberta REPRESENT!!!
I love how she says breakable then throws them around
Great hacks Kristen, love the jewellery ones I always struggle with tangled necklaces. Love your little avocado tattoo xx
Great tips! Thank you very much!
I work at the airport... DO NOT PUT FRAGILE STICKER!!!! If you want yours thrown on purpose bc of a sticker. DO NOT!!!
I was thinking the same thing, having worked for an air freight company that shipped light packages over passenger planes all the time.
what if the things is actually fragile like if there’s a computer, headphones or something like medicine or an inhaler that could break
Dude so true 😂 i had asked the woman at the check in to even put a fragile on it , my bag arrived a day late , and the exterior is all scratched up it. was all beautifull and clean all through my 5 connections and a week of roughing it up but on my 6 and last connection where i placed the fragile sticker on it it was bruised bad. So dont fragile your bags 😂 no one taking that seriously.
I've seen luggage thrown off of the planes to bounce on the ground. If you must buy fabric luggage for some reason, make sure it's dark.
@ GUSTAVO TheCat Who in their right mind would put something fragile or valuable in checked baggage? Carry on! If its oversize, the airline can make provisions, (at a additional cost of course) for carry on of things like musical instruments, sports equipment, and of course a medical device. What headphones do you have that won't fit in a carry on bag? Mine fit in my jacket pocket.
Close Captions have been added to this video!
Thank you for adding CLOSED CAPTIONING
Thanks for these tips !
Loved All your ideas!!
For the bar shampoo & conditioner alternatives, you can also get shampoo & soap sheets. It's very compact & easy to carry.
Perhaps doing an updated must have travel apps for the next video? :)
I've never heard of sheets! Where do you get those?
Kristen Sarah you can find those online on Amazon or eBay 😀
REI
You can also make your own with disolvable paper and a little time to dry and cut it.
Q-tip hack was brilliant! Great video, thank you for sharing.
Great tips. Enjoyed your video.
Super awesome travel hacks!! My extent of travel hack is sticking underwear and socks in my shoes lol

Hi :)
Spanish subtitles have been added to this video!
Best tips yet!! Thank you
You're very welcome! Make sure to check part 2 I just did
Love the pill case and eye glass case ideas. Also covering your (icky)shoes with shower caps. You can get really cheap bags of shower caps at Daiso or other Japanese type dollar stores. I use them to cover bowls too!
Heading to Alaska in August! 😊
Omg so jealous!!!! I LOVE Alaska. Have you seen my vlogs from there? You're going to love it
Kristen Sarah I'm going on the Princess Cruise with family
I live in Alaska!! Such a great place you love the cruise it’s beautiful!!
Audrey Nicole We are going on the southbound cruise. Know of any good spots to check out on our way down?
I live there :) And just so you know you don't have to bring a parka or anything like that. Normal coat is fine, especially in spring or summer.
From previous experiemce, do not hide your bar soap. When TSA views this through xray machine, they get alerted and inspect the bag, This happened to me on 2 flights recently
I keep mine in the box or packaging it comes in just in case they can quickly open my bag and see it in it's box unopened. I had my bag rummaged through last year when i went to Israel and they left everything almost exactly as it was.
Would that also go for stuff that you don't want to explode? Like her sock example..?
packing for arizona & south africa! great video!
Perfect tips. thanks
I'm headed to Ireland in late April. This is going to be my first trip across the pond, I'm so excited.
That sounds so exciting. Do you have anything planned yet for when you're there?
I'm going with my boyfriend. We are going to rent a car while we are there and drive around the coast line. We will be there for a week. I know we are going to see the giants causeway and the cliffs of moher for sure.
We are also spending a few days in London before we spend a week in Ireland.
Oh cool I live in Ireland! Make sure you bring warm clothes and a good raincoat. My favourite place in Ireland is dingle, Kerry and Connemara. Dublin and Galway city are also full of culture too.
Love the video friend, a cool idea would be tips on making TSA and customs less stressful ❤🦅
If you make a couple of trips a year, invest in TSA Precheck. It's $85, but it lasts for 5 years. Two round trips a year=$4.25 per trip. It's like air travel used to be! I don't take off my shoes or coat, I don't take liquids out of my bag, and I go through a shorter line. Takes a lot of stress out of flying, especially if you have kids.
Claire M. Caterer I love TSA Pre Check, used it for the first time when I flew to the LTA Summit
Thank you for creating a super concise and helpful packing hacks video! You're awesome!
Before I gauged my ears I would put my earnings in buttons... Works great and the pair is always together.
Instead of Saran Wrap, I just cut up a plastic grocery bag and they work just as well.
Also a great idea.
I totally do the same! This is mostly because I never use saran wrap but always have bags on hand.
I also use plastic bag. Its cheaper!!!
I just take a supply of suitable sized ziplock bags...only had one spill and it was contained...
Ooo 😯. I like that power strip idea for international travel! Tahiti- here I come!!
dude I love ya already!!! first video I ever saw of yours, zero let downs, thank you for the amazing tips!
Idk if its just me but you share similar features and traits with tyra banks. You are so gorgeous ❤️😍😍
love the tips and hacks as well ❤️❤️
Going to USA (from 🇦🇺) 😮 for 2 weeks! Edit AWESOME video! Thx
This was very helpful! Thank you
Watching because I'm off to Japan in a few months! Loved the hacks I'm definitley gonna use them
Who else is watching this when you’re not going anywhere?
Just me....

Same I'm just getting hyped up for my vacation in 3 months
ELLA jacobson lol
Same! No immediate travel plans. But these travel videos are so relaxing - they help me fall asleep :)

🤣🤣🤣
The power bar is GENIUS! 5:55
Love these tips! My family is flying to Providence, Rhode Island, in less than two weeks and we’re trying to fit all of our clothes for the week into one suitcase! It’s a big suitcase plus all four of us will have carry ons, but this video really helps! Thank you!
Thanks girl! Going to Philippines next week and the New Orleans the week after... going to need these hacks for sure 👍🏼
Im packing for Turkey!!! (Istanbul)
Tbh I don't know why people just wanna save some space ,but they don't care about the weight .😐😐🤔
Yes. I've been watching a lot of these because I have a big trip planned. All kinds of special gear and no thought to the weight. As a single woman, weight of my luggage is the FIRST consideration.
Why does the weight matter
@@Alice-kq8eo .....
Anna bc flights have weight restriction
@@Alice-kq8eo Because you have to carry your bag around and maybe in stairs... you have to be able to lift it. (From a person that regretted the lack of elevators in the metro of Montreal ^^')
love it!! thank you
Thanks for sharing 😁 Extremely helpful 🚕🛫😎
finally a packing video that doesn't just recycle all the obvious stuff we all know. love the glasses case for cords. plastic wrap for bottles is a mystery.f it pops it pops and leaks anyway?
Hi timor64, was thinking the same if the bottle pops, lol! Happy & safe travels😀
Does anyone have a reliable travel adaptor/converter they could recommend? The last one I got burned up...thankfully my iPad & phone were not connected at the time!
I have the Kikkerland UL03-A Universal Travel Adapter and I love it! www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00210MRGC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Maia Dart Thank you so much for the recommendation!
You shouldn't need a convertor/adapter for mobile devices. Just make sure you have the right charger cables for your devices on hand when you travel, then buy a generic charger at your destination. Those will match the plugs and voltage of your destination by default. If you are in Asia, they will be cheap.
Anker PowerPort 4. It senses voltage and modifies it to match your devices. 4 USB outlets. Light and easy to pack.
Lawrence McFarland Thank you!
Some really good tips. Thank you.
Great tips! I am Bermuda bound in April on NCL from Boston. It's been two and a half years since my last cruise...........I AM SO HYPED!!!
Yay! I bet you're excited. I'm excited for you. Enjoy!!!
I've never in my life heard of bringing a whole fucking powerbar looool but that plastic over the bottle cap tip is absolute gold. Good video :)
Greenjacket James I have. My family and I do it all the time. It’s really useful specially if you have to charge your phone, laptop, camera, etc at night when you’re asleep so it’s ready to use for your adventures the next day
Because electric outlets aren't always conveniently located in the room, I pack a 6-ft. heavy-duty extension chord with 3 outlets. Always glad I did!
If my health is good enough (I have ME) I'm going to travel to Calpe, Amsterdam, London, Kopenhagen and maybe Gdansk or Prague :)
Prague is beautiful!
Never been there but wanted to for a long time :)
I've been to Amsterdam, London, Copenhagen and Prague :) Europe never seems to disappoint me, I've loved every country that I've visited. My parents are Bosnian and have lived in Croatia so I've been to Europe quite a bit. Love it there.
