I love back issues! I just got into comics during the tail end of Marvel NOW leading into Secret Wars, so this show teaches me so damn much.
Me too, them, Comicstorian, Variant, CBC, etc. are helping me understand the different universes better.
Franken-Castle is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. I loved the Garth Ennis era. This, however, is just ridiculous - but damnit its too much fun to hate!

There needs to be a match between Punisher classic, Punisher Angel, Franken-Castle, and Punisher Hand
As I understand it, Man Thing's power affects people who are feeling fear at that particular moment. So, for example, if you're a bad guy, and you see him and start freaking out like "what the fuck is that? It's going to eat me!" then you will be vulnerable to his touch. It has something to do with the unique chemicals we secrete when we are afraid. They react to him somehow.
Although I really love Tiffany, and she makes me laugh when ever I see her, but I really miss Ethan😭
Not even being removed two time zones for vacation can stop me from enjoying the epic joy that is a new Back Issues! I'm so glad I rewatched the episode covering the Secret Invasion just the other day, who knew it would help indirectly set me up for this very topic!

I am so glad that you guys covered this story. I have heard about it over the years and always wondered how it came about that he was turned into a monster. Everyone was great and it was so funny to see a power puff mention in a punisher back issue. Keep up the great work guys. Can't wait to see what you cover next.

I always loved in the punisher series how the dialogue is him writing it down, I always thought that was pretty neat.

Confederacy of dunces is the only in punisher story i own and i got it from a friend, but its a great story. i belive daredevil tells wolverine that they cant just kill the punisher because "things just work for the punisher"
I hope i wasnt the only kid that had no idea what the hell a "dark avenger" was and then dakken invades my wolverine and punisher comics and murders them, and then Marvel had the gall to then start sending me Daredevil books after they canceled punisher during this story. I was very confused as 9-10 year old.
