Bishop, what an interesting and eye opening observation. It has been like God told EVERYONE to go to their room, and all outside activity is in paralysis. Just like a loving Father would do, we're grounded. Everyone should examine themself, to see what is God grounding you for, not the next person. Even though we each will come up with weaknesses that need strengthening I believe we all will come up with one that we all should build up right away and that is ACKNOWLEDGE GOD'S PRESENCE at all times. From the moment I wake up I try to acknowledge Him, right then, and say Good morning Lord God ALMIGHTY. Sometimes it slip my mind and it may be a few hours later, but I say it, right then, at that time. It's a habit I'm trying to cultivate. God doesn't ask a lot of us, but He wants to be recognized, and many times we just walk through pretty days, thru pretty trees, and everything God put here without saying one time, Thank You God for this beautiful universe You made, for us, our human body systems that work so perfectly. Even our earthly father and mother like to hear, thank you, from their kids, sometimes for the things they do for them. And He wants to be recognize as being there. He's not a dead God, but all the way alive.
All I know is God has my undivided attention, behind the coronavirus. God does not play, and is not playing, and we may not get another wakeup call. When God hits, He hit hard and heavy, meaning all of this is accumulation of all the bull crap some thought God was winking at, To STOP DOING IT, from racism, homosexuality,pedophilia and a whole list of other garbage, including melting the stone from narcissist hearts where many of us were becoming to having more love, empathy, and understanding for others. And folks need to not be afraid to speak the truth, esp. I find some Christians in that trap, so busy being nice, not wanting to offend, they shut the truth out. Tell the truth shame the devil. Unbelievably with the guarantine being lifted, in places I still see some coming out still with the same ole, same ole foolish acting ways. God said don't call anyone a fool, and I don't, but I do steer clear of those still acting foolish,because their ways can really rub off on you..
Anyhow, we thank you for keeping that lighthouse beacon of light going, during this time. I have no doubt God will tell you, in that Great Day, "Well done, thy good and faithful servant ". You are so much like David, a man after God's own heart, from your sermons I've heard. I can't tell you this past year, of going through a series and cycles of things how your sermons wouldn't help strengthen me, on a daily. There is just something about how you could look into the audience and know people were hurting, many times I figured you had been where many of us were, and you knew what it was to hurt, and you would try, as hard as you could to get that needed word out to them. Speaking for myself, I received that needed word everytime. Many times you were like my big brother helping his lost little sister. You helped keep my nose to the grindstone, come out of my pity party, and heighten my interest in learning more, about God,through the Bible. Bishop, you are telling the truth. My last relationship, he tore the relationship down because he would not heal from his brokenness, and he destroyed his better. Then tried to destroy me after I walked away. It's so sad when people are paralyzed in their lameness.

Reminds me of Kuhn’s thoughts on paradigms and when I lived on Santa Monica beach and one of the guys asked if I wanted to go panhandling with them and I asked what is that? I thought we were going to pan for gold!😝 I’m so glad begging wasn’t part of my paradigm, laughed and said no way! And with Kuhn- how he shares that scientists typically are not thinking critically.. until enough anomalies show up. Typically the paradigm is accepted, which truly is necessary to move and work, although it contributes to human err. Only God needs not a paradigm. Only He knows it all and truly always works interdisciplinary.

I love T.D. Jakes. During this time, Domestic Violence soared up! Child abuse soared up! We need Jesus! If we have Jesus, we need to become Christ-like. Very important: My friend, Sheila, died three times in the hospital. I was there! When they took the breathing tube out, the first word she said to me was, "Jesus came to me three times." She didn't know she died three times. I quickly grabbed my recorder. Sheila has recovered a bit but doesn't know if she will live to see 2021 so we recorded her story and it is titled Near Death Experience (NDE) Jesus is Coming for His Lambs - Sheila Shaw. Before the world hinted of chaos, Jesus told her that forgiveness is important as well as kindness. What is significant here is not in Heaven. We must be on watch right now as satan is trying to trigger us. I do hope you listen to her story - it has rocked my world.
