Way to go Cowboys!!! They showed some mental toughness to get the win. Well done!
Looks like they lost that mental toughness a week later.
Great win for our Cowboys from a "I Bleed Orange @Black" Gary in Corpus Christi!
Not this year
@@Txoutlawtrey10-4
The pass from the Oklahoma State QB at the 1:30 mark was nice. Congrats Oklahoma State on the win.
Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
Bro second time in a row 😭 Jesus Christ man, this Texas team can't stop participating in the boat race to the bottom. They love winning it!
The Atlanta Falcons special
That's the Texas way
Damn...bro got hurt on that last interception. Hyperextended knee 😢
Glad I don’t have to hear about Texas making the playoff snymore
on paper, Texas was the only 2 loss team that could be considered into the playoffs.
Realistically Texas Tech killed that possibility a while back. OSU just ended UT's big 12 championship hopes.
@@stubee2011 its not impossible but very unlikely. if texas were to somehow become a competent consistent team within this bye week and win out they could possibly go to the b12 champion ship. thats only if osu decides to lose twice though.
@@mitchr0 that would require kstate and Okstate to both lose almost every game the rest of the season lol.
@@Evil_Pixl not necessarily, if texas won out and kstate loses 2 times and ok state loses 2 times then it could happen. i dont see k state losing twice though. they could lose to texas but texas sucks at half so probably not.
Up by 14. Offense working hard despite difficulties in the first half. And then all downhill from there. And dear God…those penalties. The mistake I made was thinking it might be different this year.
With Sark? Lol nah. Better hope and pray that Arch brings some good prospects in w him
Could be worse. We could be Oklahoma.
@@osareafallire or Miami
One of the big differences in this game was Texas having 14 penalties and okst having 0.
Congrats on beating the backups and left behinds at U of Oklahoma after the betrayal of Riley without they’re starting QB Gabriel even playing… 🤡
Sticking to the competent run game: ✋
Continuing to rely on the pass after Ewers repeatedly misses receivers: 👈
Anyway GG OSU
“Texas is back!”
Yep 2nd half loosers
That’s the new normal for UT, so they are “back” to collapsing in the 2nd half.
Loved every second of this year’s homecoming!! Surprised I still have my voice from screaming with my fellow OSU fans!! 🧡
OSU had Multi True Freshman Playing in their 1st Ever Game and Texas ha Every Chance to win and Only had Future NFL Players on their team .
Do you happen to know the players names that played for the first time. I wasn’t able to listen to the game while watching
@@wyattfank6613 Sorry I dont and in Gundys Postgame he admitted not knowing all of them either
@@Sean-jb5gi ha! Sounds like something gundy would say😂
Texas complaining about the refs after getting HANDED the ball twice in the game is crazy 💀 ( and your defense has no discipline STOP GRABBING AND JUMPING)
It's never their fault
Texas giving up a 24-3 run to end the game after being up 31-17 has to be brutal.
I can't believe it either...even when they got more depth in the running back position
You saved me some time
Thank you for spoiling the video.
THAT BALL Ewers threw to worthy in the 4th qtr was NOT OVERTHROWN. worthy SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT IT.
I agree but the ewers worthy connection looked off all day especially for ewers with the amount of times he overthrew him
Being a Texas fan is the same thing every year
Or Canes fan too. Good thing I'm not a Canes fan
Agreed, how in the hell do you score 31 in the first half and 3 in the second. It’s the same crap as last year.
@@corya2681 well at least we beat OU 49-0
So....You're say-n texas isn't back?
@@Cluley. lol I’m not sure they win that game without OU playing a tight end at qb. It’s just getting old. Texas is up 31 to 17 and I’m fully expecting them to blow it.
This was very entertaining game. Good job Cowboys!
Orange Power!
Classic Okie State vs Texas game; really was a throwback to some of the better matchups the past 20 years.
Great game
We should mention how Oklahoma State just beat the team that shut out OU. But we won't.
You are so right!!!!
Not just shut OU out, but murdered them 49-0.
Also, OSU had 2 of their best players out, and Spencer Sanders wasn’t fully healthy.
@@yetekt6953 had like 6 of our starters out to begin the game, couple WRs n a corner playing safety
@@ZapZy10 We had our best defensive lineman out and our best WR out
WOW. ONE OF THE GREATEST COMEBACK GAMES THIS SEASON. PERIOD.😏☝🏾💯🏈
Not rly that was a pretty shitty performance by both teams in 2nd half. Slightly less crappy by ok st and in addition to some referee help they pulled it out. Neither team deserved a win for that performance but ok st def deserved it a little more
@@DD-mj3yf your a complete Douchebag.
@@DD-mj3yf It couldn't be that Oklahoma State is one of the least penalized teams in the country.
@@DD-mj3yf Oklahoma state had 2 penalties, 1 was declined the other was offset. Texas had 14 penalties, 10 of them being prior to the snap of the ball.
Okstate simply was more disciplined and played better with less
@@richardmckinney4963 You can’t honestly tell me you think they rly had 0 penalties like come on did u not watch the game? Ain’t even a TX fan but ur just bias if u sayin that
Thanks, Vic. This was a very entertaining game.
Absolutely Love it!!!!!!!
Way to go Oklahoma State!! Great comeback win!
Oklahoma state had 2 penalties, 1 was declined the other was offset. Texas had 14 penalties, 10 of them being prior to the snap of the ball.
Discipline is key. Those presnap flags are on coaches and player discipline.
Man I’m gonna miss beating Texas sad this was my first and last matchup that I got to go see in person but I’m glad it was at Boone Pickens
Thank you very much victor
This Sanders guy has shown something today to be considered a Sunday player.
Texas probably more talent but State is the better program right now, they really should have beaten TCU
Better all around coaching philosophy.
Congrats OK St good win from. Nebraska
Same ol' Texas. They didn't luck out like last week.
Texas had around 16 penalties and OSU zero. That's poor discipline from poor coaching. If you have a qb who is well under 50% completions and you have a qb on the bench who has won games for you, you need to try him. Poor coaching again.
Oklahoma state had 2 penalties, 1 was declined the other was offset. Texas had 14 penalties, 10 of them being prior to the snap of the ball.
But to your point it was bad coaching on Texas side.
Texas fans thinking they are big badasses after beating a depleted OU team with no starting QB. They are one catch away from being 4-4 in Sarkisian's second year. Ewers doesn't look good, either.
Lmao igh u jus mad yall ahh got skunked out n we runnin it back dis year
Calm down dude it’s college football nobody should care this much.
Awesome!!!
Texas blew it, could of had the upset and raised their ranking.
What’s the song name at the beginning of this video?
The state of Oklahoma casts a long shadow in texas.
Not OU
They didn't last week. But glad they won this week.
Bro broke his leg for that dub 😂😂
I had it on good authority that UT was the best team in the big 12 as long as Quinn Ewers was playing.
Man nobody in football hands it off quite like Ewers. A master.
@@jcraigshelton lol
Remember how this “well coached team” lost a lot of games after this? This game was the biggest fix job. This series has been a big 12 fix since they needed to prop up OU.
Texas is back!!!!
Ewers for Heisman
@Zapp... lol dude Ewers just got Scewed 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
Have you had a brain injury?🤡
Bro hyperextended his knee on tht last interception 😬😬😬
That Oklahoma State corner who picked off the game winner definitely has a broken knee
Exactly what I'm saying, did he tear his ACL or something? That looked wild bro
😩
Texas is the strangest team in land year after year. Can't figure them out at all. Still funny, though. 😆
Game of the year.
Any update on Jason Taylor?
Sheesh those INTs by Texas are tough
Anyway to get Tech vs W. Virginia?
Both teams GREAT
Congratulations Oklahoma State!
I was at that game sitting on the upper side of the 50 yard line
Ewers had an off day. Receivers had an off day. The defense was inconsistent. Sarkisian should've used Card since Ewers was off and could not run. So many penalties and the refs certainly let Texas know about it. Bad day for Texas. Gundy had his team disciplined, and what a gritty performance by Sanders. One or two more losses coming for Texas, as I predicted. Texas is a solid 4 loss team this year. I'd love to see Texas recruit a legit dual-threat QB. I'm not sold on the current stable of QBs on deck. I'm not impressed with Manning either.
An "off day"? They got whipped. How's that for "off?" 😆
@@xansolskjr8628 lol no they didn’t get whipped. 49-0 is whipped. The play calling was horrible.
I’ll agree on putting Card in after watching Ewers lobbing balls to who knows where.
Word son just lobbing the ball thinking this is high school and shit 😂
Texas is back! Ewers just pulling my leg. (Feel free to steal the joke and make a meme)
Ok came back to win the game.... Unbelievable!!!
Overheard in the tu huddle, QB says " the ball is not ours, it's "YOURS"!!!
Ewers on a speedrun to get benched behind Archie.
Tough win. Texas is good. Close game.
I'll say it again... I need Sanders on my Raiders when he's drafted
He’s got so much potential man
Fun fact the first time in 15 years Oklahoma state committed no penalties!
Oklahoma state had 2 penalties, 1 was declined the other was offset. Texas had 14 penalties, 10 of them being prior to the snap of the ball.
We actually committed 2 penalties. Both holding calls. One was negated by a roughing the passer penalty, the other Texas declined, because it was on third down.
Gary Patterson for new Texas head coach
Rumor has it that's why UT hired him as a consultant.
The only people who like the Texas Longhorns are those that went to UT and those that shop at Wal-Mart.
GO POKES!
I am a huge Texas fan go longhorns
“Pissed!”
Ewers you can Tell Can't Carry the Team On his Shoulders When Behind..
12:45 ouch
Can't we just get back to talking recruiting. Big shout out to Sark for leaving in a struggling Ewers in.
Damn poor coaching decision is what it was. He had a qb on the bench that had won games for him. Should have switched.
Can’t waste that NIL money
Yep it was the right decision. Lets remember Ewers has only really played in three full games since 2019, the kid needs real on the field experience.
@@stubee2011 Not at the expense of losing a game they should have won.
@@biggootz Story of the Horns - The team that coulda, woulda, shoulda.
Can't wait for Arch to get here!
And that’s every teams problem. Do you know why spencer sanders is good? Or let’s just say mediocre. He’s mediocre/good because he has experience, if you have ewers 2 more years to gain experience he would be an amazing qb. But just like ou, Texas wants to have a heisman straight out of high school every year
@@Evil_Pixl You're right, it's a mess in the QB sweepstakes in College and Pro football. The next great QB is, we don't know, but, can get break Brady's record?
Not likely, but everyone is hoping that the next guy, especially a Manning, will be the best, right?
Yeah, that's fair. Don't get me wrong it's a nice thought to have a great QB each year but that's not always the best. I think what Texas needs to do is just get their players some experience and in a year or two they will have an amazing team.
12:31 #28 didn’t even attempt to tackle him lol
Terrible, he’s gonna hear about that tomorrow
@@clutch.mastervi2658 seriously lol just held his hand before scored the TD
12:29
Noone talks about 14-0 penalties. Big 12 taking some anger out on texas in this one.
Oklahoma State owns this series
All Brakes, No Gas in the 4th is the new normal for Texas. Complete collapse on O and D in the 2nd half. Sark just can’t do the HC job.
It’s so strange how it seems like they always play a great 1st half and then fall flat in a 2nd half. Almost like each game sark and company huddle up at halftime to figure out how they’re gonna mess it all up this time. A clear composure and toughness issue is there in the closing periods. Ewers also looked really suspicious out there. I get that it was windy but there’s no way he plays that much worse than spencer sanders (also throwing in windy weather ofc). And the only throws he managed to make were quick swing passes in screen outlets that ironically were shredding Oklahoma states defense covering up his issues in the 1st half. Then all the sudden Sark seems to force long ball after long ball in the second half when clearly Ewers was not gonna make them. If I’m sark I notice that my guy is having an off day and stick with what works until it’s proven to be stopped.
Who is Texas going to get to coach the second half?
I just don't like those QB slides called targeting. What is the Defense suppose to do, just let him continue to run. I think he should have gone down sooner if he didn't want to get hit. That is a bad rule.
Texas call to pass plays while the run plays gained more yards per down than the pass plays!
Texas no business losing that game.
C-H-O-K-E
I live in Oklahoma and my favorite team is Osu
Ez comeback
OSU took vengeance for OU's humiliating lost to the TX longhorns 49-0, 2 weeks ago! Never give up till the fat lady sing. Way to go Cowboys!
11:33 The receiver blew the game by misjudging the ball.
After reading the comments let me just say this....Texas IS on the come up, and they are looking to be more dominant then ever before, and our history already triggers people to the core since people who don't even know where UT is LOVES to hate on Texas. Every team has its sucky period, OKST, Alabama, had and will again. These things don't last forever, but I can see Texas being the next Alabama for the next 2 decades solely because our mistakes are self inflicted, not because the other team is necessarily better. All Texas needs is discipline and we'll be more than SEC ready. I certainly don't see Texas suffering as bad as OU will suffer tho...Biggest self-destruction of a program i've ever seen. Be honest with yourself, as of rn and in the future, who looks to be a tougher contender for the SEC? I think we got Bama's vote. All and all as a die hard fan, I'm really excited for our Horns, future looks only better and better.
Also to those hating on Sark, um if hudson was the better option to win games then he would be starter period, he's a suitable back up, but Ewers overall is the better arm talent, and yall act like the college greats before him never had rough games on the ROAD to a number 11 team in the country. Ewers also barerly played in his collegiate career, he needs all the experience, the winning part, and the losing part, then we'll find out what kind of player/person Ewers is. No matter how hyped Arch is for college ball, he not gonna win every game in college.
@@21kindness45 I can agree with a few things you’ve said… Ewers will be a great qb if they give him time… Sanders was not good when he first came to Okstate but now he’s not bad.
Coaching however is bad, Texas made some bad decisions which ultimately falls on the coach. Mike Grundy did an exceptional job considering sanders has a mild shoulder injury and we had 6 injuries coming into this game.
Penalties for sure were a problem for Texas… Oklahoma state had 2 penalties, 1 was declined the other was offset. Texas had 14 penalties, 10 of them being prior to the snap of the ball.
I don’t think Texas will be a very dominant team in the future personally…. I do think that Okstate is on the rise though.. it seems like it was only a few seasons ago that Okstate was almost an unheard of team that never did anything spectacular but these past two seasons Okstate has only been getting better and I think a lot of that is simply because of mike gundy
"Texas is on the come up"
bro we watched the same game right?
I just wish Oklahoma St. could have a decent defense for once in my life. You can't outscore teams every week. It's just not going to happen.
@DEAF Games They were decent but still gave it up to Baylor and couldn't get over the hump.
That wasn’t the defenses fault though
Umm, OK-State gave up one Texas field goal the entire second half. That's called adjustments.
@@G-Blockster still gave up 34 points
@@mizer9510 wdym? 2021 Okstates defense was one of the best in the nation. What killed us in the conference championship in my opinion was injuries. Sanders threw interceptions and despite all that we didn’t have our starting RB who average 2TD a game. If we had jaylen warren run the ball the last play he would’ve been fast enough to get to the in zone
Texas has elite level of skill to throw games all the fuck away even when they clearly have the skill to not only win but dominate also fire every last one of them coaches wasting number 5 and 8s ability like bro the Rb depth is deep and the Wr core is solid same for TE but it’s just spread pass heavy attack like why play through Robinson to open up 1on1s with worthy. They need to run pistol more and run quick routes like slants and curls because their receivers can break tackles
Ewers was throwing alot to Worthy and missing badly..aton of overthrows
This is exactly what I said. Wasting talent losing to trash teams brah! I'm a longhorns fan for life but come the Fu*k on brah. This beyond pathetic.
I feel you, there's way too much offensive talent to tank like that..defense was even worse, they can't tackle.
@@jserv9421 In all honesty the defense wasn't playing THAT bad. Before the DB injuries, they we pretty good. The offense played like sh*t the whole game. If you're a defender for this trash ass Texas team, you're going to be tired as hell brah. It's only so much you can take constantly going out on a field in a boat race game every 30 seconds because you shit offense is going three and out every series. Jesus.....
Definitely hit the OKST guy that should have been a TD😂 (Punt)
You guys scored a TD anyway.
That didn’t hit him but Texas gave it right back so I could care less
I’ve watched it so many times and still can’t see evidence it hit him
Where will Arch Manning fit into the UT offense next year…???
Same thing this year go cowboys roll tode
what a game... texas should have won
Texas will never be back
I’m sure UT will move up on the rankings due to barely losing to a ranked team lmao
We scored way more touchdowns than Oklahoma did against texas
Same old Texas. OH yeah there back
Ewers shoooda stayed at Ohio State.
Clearly better coaching.
Tex will make his draft stock drop.
TEXAS IS BACK BABAY!!!!!!!!!!
TCU ...we are coming to get are belt ...back
Texas definately choked this game away. Smh1
Texas gonna Texas
Osu clutch!
Raise your hands OR honk your horn if you’ve intercepted a pass from Ewers?😂😂😂 Remember Longhorns said IF he could have played entire game he would have beat Alabama 😂😂😂😂 Maybe but we’ll never know 🤭🤭🤭🤭
i didn’t want either to lose but i do feel bad for texas lol. it’d be different if they sucked and got criticized, in that case they should. but they are actually a good team that CAN beat pretty much anyone. idk if it’s in the water on campus or they’re getting brainwashed by 5G or what😂 but they’re so exciting to watch and they are always in position to beat very good teams but always shoot them selves in the foot, multiple times when the have the chance to win. it’s not like they couldn’t control it/they played their best the other team was just better, it’s always self inflicted. they would/could be top5-top10 rn if they knew how to not blow it. they could have ruined bamas whole season and changed the expectation of theirs. even today coming in with 2 loses and if you beat a top 10 team, nothing is impossible if you win out. but now 5-3 probably unranked the teams spirit is probably broken. BUT it’s a new coach playing with an old coaches recruitments, the same guys that were brutal last year are now competing with the best teams this year. that’s a sign of good coaching so they should be excited when he starts recruiting HIS guys. but also… S.E.C. sooo..😬 happy for them when they beat OU at least😂
They have been sucking since 2009 with the best players money could buy and they keep sucking
Texas.
You weren't one of those " Texas is going to run the table and win the conference championship " fans were you?
Schools like Oklahoma State, K-State and TCU do more with less. All that money and they’re still mediocre, why would you feel sorry for them?
@@TheDoooburner exactly. Mike gundy year after year does more with less.. he recruit locally and isn’t afraid of taking the time to give these players the time needed to gain experience in the field
The second half of the Alabama game is only the second time I have rooted for Texas. (The other was the Sugar Bowl vs Georgia.) Texas is the richest school in college football and this is the result of their culture.
I wonder if Texas will ever be back.
Count all the missed tackles by Texas. You'll need more than fingers and toes.
How tf did OU NOT score against this team? 🤦♂️
Cuz OU didn’t have daddy Lincoln or Caleb
OU ran the ball pretty well just couldn't finish plus No QB. Texas will have problem against TCU and Baylor Maybe Kansas State.
Ou didn't have the refs bailing them out every god damn series
@@beegyoshi9931 made us look even more fcking pathetic on our day off
Bc OU just isn’t good this year
Texas can't tackle defense is lazy
Texas talked all that shit after almost beating Bama (rightfully so they played a limping backup & lost to a healthy Bama herself by 1)… and then trash talked OU without a damn QB after the betrayal of Riley soooo badddd… and they can’t even beat an Oklahoma state team with fewer 5 stars… 🗑 🥱 horns down.
