The unconfirmed hidden history, conspiracy theory or whatever you would like to call it is that 100,000s of years ago an alien race infused some upright primates on planet Earth with their alien DNA in order to advance the primates' evolution by maybe 10 million years in order to create a worker/slave race that they called the "ADAMA".
Workers to build the planet they developed & terraformed.
