Looks great. I wish these infills would concentrate more around LRT stations though. This one is a little far for my liking.
So small for 412,000. And paying new home taxes, you’re quickly approaching 450. Don’t really understand the “den” behind the fireplace either… over all new builds always look nice. All new, shiny.
It's $409,900 and that price includes GST already.
@@TrevorTardif oh pretty good with GST included! Makes a big difference
@charliemarren8724 yeah if you had to tack on another 5% that would make it less desirable for sure.
This house is on market now ?
And where’s can you give me the address please !
This house feels more like a basement suite. The window in the small living room is a disappointment
Edmonton still the Affordability Capital of Canada 🎉😂😂
Whoop Whoop!
One storm and those would blow apart
5 minute drive away from being stabbed or a meth pipe on the ground
address please
Hey Shenyi, there is a link to the full MLS listing with the address etc. in the video description. But it's 12144 83st.
@@TrevorTardif thank you, do you know the land size and price? Thanks again
Hate those skinny homes that block all the sun from the neighbors who want an older home with a big yard.
I love infills. I hope more multifamily homes are built throughout the central neighborhoods so it actually feels like a city.
Built cheap... materials are the cheapest quality one can get and the layout is horrible you loose so much sq footage... These are slapped together with lots of deficiencies...
Buyer beware ...
Too many stairs, too narrow
Sounds like you might be looking for a Bungalow? It's from a subdivided lot, so yeah its on the "skinnier" side.
Il give you 300
You might be a "little" low lol
That's too much for an ugly house near downtown
