Z driver needed to give his insurance info for hitting the parked Hellcat. Regardless of the fact that these Takeovers are a devolution of car culture, the Z is at fault 100% and the Hellcat driver shouldn't be surprised, there is zero expectation in exposing yourself or property to this idiotic amount of risk.
Hellcat driver would have then called the Z driver's insurance company and filed a claim and woudla got quotes and restored his Hellcat to the extent that the coverage can, if it exceeds the coverage then the Hellcat owner has to sue for the difference.
