La última ves que manipula el deck es para mandar a havnis al grave y hacer dragosapelia, sin embargo solo manipuló el fondo del deck por lo que era responsabilidad del jugador flow partir deck y no lo hizo pero en ningún momento el tearlaments acomodo cartas al top, almenos lo que yo vi se podría decir que tuvo corazón de las cartas el wey xD

Mario could have negate the reinoheart with apex, because banshee is a quick effect and cannot be used to chainblock. This propably would have won him the game. Please tell him somebody that he should step up his ruling knowledge.

Please ban Orange Light, its the biggest problem card due to the Ishizu support simply existing in this game. I'd tempted to even suggest semi-limiting Herald of Green Light to be safe as well. They can already make Rulkallos + Baronne, they don't need Orange Light on top of that. I'd say to limit Orange, but then it'd just be RNG whether or not your opponent can just completely shut you out on your turn. There's nothing skillful about that.
Other than that, I'd loosely follow what the OCG did. Put Planet to 1, Havnis to 2, the new Agido and Keldo to 1, and the new Mudora and Kelbek to 2. That'd still allow Ishizu Tear to be a very strong deck without it being just this one sided, tier 0 format. Herald is what allows for this insane amount of disruption on the opponent's turn 1, and there's just no way to really play around that beyond just "play stun".
Like, I'm cool with Tear being the best deck so long as we have more variety still in terms of what decks can compete. I don't wanna see this deck just be taken out back like Prank Kids was, the meta we've got right now due to Ishizu Tears existing is admittedly pretty interesting. The deck just needs to be curbed back a bit, and Orange Light has to go.
As a classic The agent/ counter fairy player, I think the real problem are the new fairy type cards. But seeing how fast the game has become... i guess old cards have to go in order to let the super ultra broken cards exists

@@exiavaganza no? Decks can compete with tier ishizu but just cause the one you play doesn’t, doesn’t mean we need an emergency ban list. Tear ishizu doesn’t even set up any flood gates or stops interactions.

When tier 1 became rouge. Their is only one tier and that's zero along with the amount of skill to win zero.
Tear is actually pretty hard to play, I'm not a fan of it myself and I think it's a really unhealthy format, but the best players are still winning and doing well at high level events, if the deck too no skill wed be seeing a lot more big names loosing out to dice rolls. The mirror match in particular is a nightmare even with the benefit of commentary.

Bad take - Tear is the single hardest Teir 0 to play ever as it has 1000TS of lines available every time a card is milled , you have to play perfect if you dont want to loose to a simple Mystic Myne , pass
