Assuming that you cover a chapter in each "passage," how many chapters or books of the Bible can be covered in a single journal?
Each journal is meant for one quarter of the year. So 90 days, with a few extra because some quarters end up being a bit longer based on how the months fall!
And each passage can be whatever length you want - I just don't recommend going over a chapter. Shorter sections, 10-15 verses are usually the best. But most of the time I generally will do about a chapter.
