NWA Trailblazers Showcase Mercy Trails in Rogers, Arkansas

The NWA Trailblazers has teamed up with Mercy Health to provide the first white circle (easiest) designated trail in Northwest Arkansas. This is a great beginner/family-friendly soft-surface trail in the OZ Trails network. Located conveniently between Rogers and Bentonville and just off the Razorback Greenway. It's a great spot to take the kids or for beginners to learn how to ride!

Thanks NWA Trailblazers! It's great to have more trail for true beginners. This includes adults who are out on their first few rides, and just trying to learn how to switch gears and use their brakes. I think most of us forget that the growth of our sport depends on getting first time riders hooked on the sport, and nothing dashes that faster than steep climbs, or an "Over the bars" on terrain that is too technical for them right out of the gate.
When I started paying attention, I noticed that we get an abundance of questions on social media asking where people can access true "beginner" trails for either themselves, or for their children. This is a great step in that direction.
