I found your channel late last year after finding out that I would need to have a permanent feeding tube placed. Seeing you go through your own journey of being sick, having to change your career goals, but now getting engaged and opening your own online store has really encouraged me. Honestly, I’ve never met or heard of anyone who’s symptoms and experiences with their illness are so close to my own. So often when you’re talking about your symptoms, or things that help you I will get so excited because it’s me too. You’ve made me feel a lot less alone in my illness and also have a lot more hope in how I, and other chronically ill people, can still make the best out of our circumstances. Thank you so much for the content you make and sharing your journey with us 🧡

it’s SO validating to know that the tests can look relatively normal, minus maybe one or two small things, and that there are doctors that will still take you seriously without crazy results. my upper endo looked fine minus the gastritis & my colon was fine minus a pre-can polyp. that was 3 years & 1 year ago now, respectively. it took until literally today for a doctor to hear me & say the word “gastroparesis.”

Im binge watching your videos. I was diagnosed a few months ago but had issues for years. I found out I may need a feeding tube if in 10 days this new medicine doesn't work. They're trying erythromycin now apparently that stimulates your stomach. I'm on so many meds and appetite stimulants and nothing's working so I'm gonna prepare for a tube. I'm down to 87 lbs it's so bad. This gives me hope though. I love your channel already and it's validated so much. Thank you. Truly ❤

After 3 years of searching, feeling bad, getting called lazy and gotten told it was all in my head i finally got diagnosed with gastroparesis. Thank you so much for bringing awarness! I have so many issues with clothing and Social Activity... I now only wear pants or skirts with an elastic waist 😬

Me too. I hate anything tight, especially at the waist. Because of this I can’t wear leggings, as I find them far too tight.

I am so happy you finally got answers! While the diagnosis sucks it is comforting to know that you have a name for how you are feeling. I found that helps a lot with the mental aspect of dealing with your health. When it comes to clothes, truly just wear what is comfortable to you because this condition is so uncomfortable!

Hi Kenna! Thank you for spreading awareness my fellow warrior! Your channel is a light to so many and your positive mindset is so inspiring. I also had a “weak stomach” as a child but my symptoms progressed when I turned 22ish. It started with GERD and now at 28 my symptoms are the worse they have ever been. I’ve tried botox injections (which worked for a while), Reglan which helps a little, I had an NJ tube (which was traumaaaa) and I recently had a robotic pylorplasty which didn’t work at all for me. I now have a picc line and my doctors are considering putting me on a feeding tube as well. My gastroparesis is idiopathic and has changed my life in so many ways. Finding your channel has helped me feel so much better on the hard days and even inspired me to become a CZcamsr earlier this year. Thank you for continuing to share your story and for shining your light on so many people💚

Thank you for this, I really enjoyed it & learnt some new things from it.
My GP seems really bad all the time just lately. I don’t think I’ve ever had a flair.
I do fairly ok with breakfast but if eat any solid food for lunch & tea I get bad headaches, which often turn into migraines. I’ve been like this before I developed GP.
One thing I’m curious about with having GP is why others with it tell people with GP to stay strong & be warriors etc. I don’t get it. When someone says this to me I feel like I can’t express my feelings.
Happy Anniversary to you & Joseph. x

I completely relate to the clothing difficulties. Traditional clothes made me feel so bad physically, but loose clothes made me feel bad mentally.

Hello, I don't know my diagnosis but GP symptoms are very close to me. My stomach hurts very bad and doctors have no clue what is going on. (can't eat) before this I was on extreme diet for months... ED disorder (when I was taking basically 1200calories or even less) now that I feel extremely full I can't even eat 800calories a day. I have few questions, do you make yourself vomit because you feel like your full and that's the only way to feel relieved? I am trying not to puke because, as i said I am not taking much. your videos really help me. (especially in this period of time)

Did the g poem surgery fail that u needed to do a feeding tube? If so then u won't recommend it "g poem"? because medications are working less for me+ scared of their side effects specially the metoclopramide... and i think i need surgery....
