I prefer the vampire teeth the way you guys did them , lost boys style! Not only looks better , you could bite into a throat much deeper & easier with the fangs on the 2nd set. Those shallow third set fangs in other films are useless, you couldn't bite into an apple if you tried lol. The contacts and foreheads booyah! Thank you for making my childhood great & memorable!
It was always their foreheads that seemed to terrify me the most. Even as a 38 year old lady - it still kinda scares me the way they did when I was a little 9 year old girl!! I mean, YIKES!!!! Good work!

Thing is, I am a feminist and a feminist paranormal fiction writer--and as it happens, I love The Lost Boys. I don't need to see a Lost Girls, and if I do want to see a cool female vamp I'll watch Underworld or The Hunger. Probably my three all-time favorite movies are The Lost Boys, Thelma and Louise and White Christmas--I love all types of movies, with both female and male leads. I don't see how feminists have ruined the vampire genre when Twilight--the movie/book series often accused of ruining the vampire genre--is anything but feminist in theme. I'd like to see more quality vamp movies of all varieties, including a Lost Boys reboot if they do it right!

I’m 41 and lost boys is still my favourite vampire film of all time. In fact it’s actually my one favourite film of all time. Got show souvenirs posters got the vhs and dvd got soundtrack on vinyl cassette and cd and in my iTunes. Best film ever Wish you could do it again

I remember coming back home after throwing a bitchin' Halloween show with the band. I crash hard on my bed and turn on the tv. I hear, "Michael, you're one of us. Let go! I couldn't stop watching the screen and I was home alone. The silence of that cold night plus the buzzing sound of my ears after so much music combined with the teenage angst made that film so memorable. It's a must every Halloween!

Thank you all the make-up special effects artist 🎨 you guys are definitely a big part of my favorite vampire flick that can't be remaked. This Era. The sound tracks. The excellent cast...the fx crew. ... director n all. Made my 80s. The best as can be!!!! Rip to all that past and the legacy of this will never die.!!!!

I'd love to see another Lost Boys with the same makeup team, a big budget, as many returning cast members as possible (as many have died), Schumacher directing, and another unbelievable soundtrack. It will probably never happen, but the original is my favorite flick of all time and it deserves a truly good sequel.
I always thought it would be awesome to have a movie based on each one of the vampires back story. It would be so cool to go back to different periods of history and see what led them to become what they are in Lostboys.

The Lost Boys had some of the BEST costumes, jewelry and makeup in a movie EVER! It's iconic because it's so AMAZING! People are still trying to do even close to as good a job as they did! Demonic angels is the PERFECT description!!! Michelle Ceglia did an AWESOME job with those wigs!!! They looked just like the original actors REAL HAIR! It drives me crazy how obviously fake most wigs look lately in Movie and on TV! I did find it funny the few costume mistakes they made with Dwayne and Paul though. That bright white underwear band showing above Dwayne's pants LOL I guess they thought the model's hips would be bigger. Paul's all black full length spats were all wrong and too tight to put his jeans in so one leg got cut to short so it showed some of his skin when he sat or bent his leg. In the movie Paul has like mid calf spats that are dark brown and then mini black leg warmers on the rest of the calf to right below his knees. Did Paul wear sweat pants in the movie? I could have sworn they were skinny jeans in the movie. Everything else was pretty perfect. I mean they managed to make the Dwayne model look like someone de-aged the original actor! I wonder if that is weird for the original actor, Billy Wirth to see? Such amazingly talented individuals!
