  • Gelong Thubten is a distinguished Buddhist monk, meditation instructor, and author based in the UK. With over two decades of teaching experience, he has made significant contributions across diverse sectors, including hospitals, schools, and prisons. His pioneering work extends to corporate settings, where he has provided mindfulness training for renowned entities such as Google, LinkedIn, and Deutsche Bank. Serving as the director of Kagyu Samye Dzong in Scarborough, Yorkshire, UK, and as a trustee of ROKPA International, a humanitarian aid organization, Thubten actively engages in projects aimed at uplifting some of the world's most impoverished regions.     By listening ,I began to practice meditation, it improved me with something that I can't really explain ,
    I can tell I am bold now,feeling of happy is always with me, I WANT to improve it ,and come to the top level , I don't know I am practicing more than four hours now can you kindly advice me.

    I think this interview is most effective for this generation. Because this technology made human mental diseases.
