you are right !! the marriage is no matter we do or not, not up to Church. Even Christians also choose their marriage living a single or couple. Nowadays, many ppl consider the marriage. The problem is not special to Church of God but even the others. do not slander Church of God. do not deceive ppl
I want to start this off by saying that I am a former member. I spent many years in the church and got to see a lot. If this makes any sense, I feel like most people who have left this church take things, twist them to make the church sound like it’s some evil organization but I can attest that it’s not. My time there was memorable. I even married someone outside the church and the members were extremely accepting and helped plan my wedding. My sister is still a member and she married someone in the church after dating for a few months. Knowing my sister, there is no way someone can force her to do anything specially marry(she’s always been so picky)!! I love and respect her husband and can see the significant change he has made in her life.
Yes, po. It is not true. There was not a single news for me to hear things in the church to force other people into marriage. I went to the church and it was truly amazing and I never regret it. Thanks to Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother💜🌻
Last month, I've met some members from the WMSCOG, n once studied the Bible in the park. I was so gloomy on that day. They approached me with smile and said about family system which I do not remember exactly. However, their smile made me also smile. I do not think that their church forced them to marriage.
We are human beings that have feeling , then, how can anyone force marriage ? ppl can find their special ones in church or wherever they are. I think that normally ordinary ppl , who respect others do not insult other's marriage life like this way.

Which branch are you at. I go to the house church they have in Cleveland Ohio which I’ve been going there over a year. I’ve had no issues. I’m going out preaching and I’ve even gotten my first sermon book. I hate the fact that people always seem to make up their own misconstrued opinions and tell lies most important of ALL

wmscog is wonderful church, I was able to change my life as well by going to this church!

I am member of church of god too. It is our own choice. We can get married in our church or not.
I'm a member as well and it was my choice to get married when my husband saw how amazing the church is he got baptized within a few months of studying
My familiar sister got married with a men who attends the church of God, a month ago. The young marrieds live very happily together...enviable..
