I wondered about how much was improvised myself when I first saw it. Later I watched a couple of other versions, some of them available on CZcams, and overall they're basically pretty similar. I guess it has to be attributed to these guys that they're pretty good performers when they make us wonder.
Not sure, FotC tends to be more comedy, and Tripod is waaaaay more musical. Which, to me, almost makes it funnier... Can't wait for the new FotC season, though!
The "Disturbing" part is why he chose Milky Discharge. It's a medical thing. If your glands are Discharging a Milky substance, then it's most likely infected, and, yeah, not good. Hence, disturbing.

@summers283 I think Paul Mcdermot has sold out to commercial TV (TEN) and don't get me wrong GNW isn't all that bad, but it is a little overrated and this seems to be the better show, supporting a better TV Station in my opinion.

That's why you always want to catch shows live if you can. Good comedians always experiment with making their good bits better.
