What should I do next?!
You can smelt iron armor to get iron ingot
You can use librarians to buy bookshelves for more books
Build a massive platform out of wood for wandering traders to spawn and then when ur done you can burn it down so it doesn’t look ugly
get naming tags via fishing
make a wandering trader farm so you can get access to various saplings (yes i said make gold farm earlier because i forgot what i watched one week ago xd)
This has become my new comfort series, sorry man but you can’t ever end it now

You now have a SILK TOUCH! So, you can re-build your cobblestone farm to stone farm and mine directly stone (basically just put lava on top instead of the side). And also, your chicken just despawned, because this chicken used to be a hostile mob and because of that it is despawning. You simply need to put it in a boat, so it doesn't deespawn, or name it with nametag since u have a librarian.

ALSO these chickens don't drop eggs like regular ones, so u have to breed two of them to get normal chicken)

Btw you can disenchant books in a grindstone and use them in regular crafting, you dont need to wait for leather :)
I haven't finished watching the video to know if you figured this out- but the chickens that spawn from the zombies will depsawn over time (and dont lay eggs). they are not normal chickens so you'd need to name tag it to keep it and then breed it with another chicken to get a normal chicken that wont despawn and can also lay eggs. :3 loving the series!!
^^ and a master level librarian (or fishing if you have the space) will give you the name tags!
I did not know that zombie chickens are considered hostile mobs, thanks for the Minecraft lesson!

Hey Loony, love the series so far, and I know it's a little cheaty, but if you use Tweakeroo (fabric mod from the author of MiniHUD and Litematica), you can set up FakeSneaking, which behaves like shifting on the edges, but let's you move without any restriction otherwise...
And I know you said you don't like Nether that much, but since you already have access to gold, you can craft boots or something, wear then and then Piglins won't aggro on you, unless you open a chest or break up gold blocks, so you can trade freely with them for Gravel, craft it into Coarse Dirt, use shovel or hoe to make it to regular dirt, and then repeat the cycle. Nifty way of gathering dirt fast I would say. Only downside could be the biome (you need Crimson Forest, not Nether Wastes)
Maybe I'll have to just go back to the nether then.....

when getting a chicken from a baby zombie make sure to put it in a boat or something since they also count as a hostile mob so they will despawn.
Oh and btw librarians can sell bookshelves that you can mine to get books

you dont need a mending villager right now, it looks like its easier to get a bunch of disposable tools with your current set up, then to come by enough xp to mend everything
The mob farm gives enough xp for it and I want to upgrade my enchants further though :)
Love the builds but pleeeeease do 1 block centres. Cool series tho would love to see more
1 or 2 block centers both work just fine ;)
Id suggest you use a automated cobble generator, qnd also for a furious cocktail achievement, use suspicios stew. Hope it helps. Also early happy 700k subs, love ya man

mushroom blocks would be an easy accessable building block for variety, also, maybe this is just personal preference but everyone is just building these 1 block platforms for skyblock, even though stone is readily available and you could build more floating island type things... or anything that makes sense floating 😅
also if you re afraid of pigglins and still want a gold farm: in my skyblock world i just bild a platform of lower slaps on portal level and then small stripes with trappdoors 30 or so blocks above and then you just shoot one and they all come falling down...of cause no looting but it is saver, you just run over the platform to collect the loot.

I love the new series. One of the things I do when playing skyblock is making a string duper amd then trading string to the fisherman (I think that's what he is called) and then trading those emeralds to armorer and toolsmith

Unfortunately that's a zero sum loop because you also need an unchentanted book to buy an enchanted one

If you know what the seed of that map is, you could in theory build out to where structures like witch huts and ocean monuments are to get redstone and prismarine farms
hi loony ty for puting my comment in ur vid, and i've got a little tip make a inf string farm. they r very easy to make and doesent cost alot of matierials and after u have build it then get a fishing villager by getting a villager to get a job at a barrel and then if u get a string trade then u got emerald for days. keep up the good work, and remember if u make the farm then make it towards south (dammit someone suggested it be fore me :c )
If you press space while holding shift trading with villagers will be faster.

You need leather for books could you go to the nether and kill hoglins? or trade gold with piglins and get leather ? Just a thought instead of waiting for wondy T I'm sure there are other ways to get leather or buy bookshelfs from librarian and break it to get a couple books I'm sure you will find a way loony your one of the best minecraft players in the world major respect bro your killing it ❤

When trading for example carrots, you can always press space to automatically shift the next stack of carrots into the trading slot ;) hope this helps!

Chickens that spawn with zombies will despawn without a boat. You gotta have 2 in booths and make them breed. The bred chicken will poop out eggs. You can take it from there

maybe the zombie can get killed from the iron golem when the golem gets pushed up by the water in the right moment. maybe just build some blocks around the zombie (ofc not between zombie and villager but on the other sides)

Loony you should have kept one grass block and then make a dirt platfrom lil out of island and then let the grass expand on dirt and then i think animals can spawn on it . i think you can still get grass block from trader tho .
I still have the grass blocks, there are 6 of them on the side of my starter house
Not a tip but been following from way back but after you made the flat at top of the tower i felt just how much you improved to building not saying you were bad but new hard core world has made you really good with using the colors of a block to its full potential and that flag made me realise other thing to that you have become really good at thinking what the build will look from far away and at diff angles , finally dont feel bad but now i ma say it you being killed at yo hardcore world was for the best i mean da best
To fix your book problems, you could use an infinite trade with the librarian, the thing is since all of your trades are cheap (usually the hardest thing) you can buy 1x bookshelf for 1x emeralds > get 3x books out of it, then you can sell each book for 1x emerald, then buy 3x bookshelfs etc... the only problem right now is you need 2x librarian since there's one with paperXemerald/emeraldXbookshelf trade at lvl 1, and book for emerald at lvl 2, wich mean he doesn't have good books to trade at lvl 1 so your infinity book/emerald trade is pretty usless even if you can lvl it up to expert it's still random. Also you could get unlucky and not get the book trade at lvl 1, so having 2x Librarians is just easier :)

Did you know there's a setting in Minecraft that lets you change shift from holding the button to toggle? Helps me bridge over the void or in the nether every time! Just switch to toggle for bridging and never worry about having to hold down shift ever again! You don't even have to worry about having to play the entire game the way you're not used to, you can only change the setting whenever you have to bridge, and when you're done you can put it back to the way you're used to! Find the feature in accessibility settings to get your stress-free bridging now! (Fine print: doesn't work when you play older versions of Minecraft because this is a relatively new feature and we do not take accountability for the disappointment caused)
I do this for end bridging, but for this I wanted to be sure that I didn't make an accidental toggle slip up
To get rid of phantoms you can just right click the bed at night and then leave the bed without wasting the night hope it will help you.

If you're iron farm keeps breaking maybe put a name tag on the zombie so it doesn't despawn

I think the zombie despawns because it doesnt have a nametag. You can now buy one from your Librarian tho
You can keep them from despawning by having them pick up an item too, that has been my strat here so far.

You can trade with villagers faster if you choose the trade, Trade it and then Click space. That sets the trade again. I dont know how to explain this better sorry lol..

For books, I don’t know if anybody else said this But buy a silk, touch book and disenchanted or whatever cheap book is available in disenchant, and now you have a source of books as well
And in case you read this my question is, do you have any grass left or did you destroy it all because I know your dirt is limited but if you build a platform of cobblestone, and then lay it with dirt and then place out grass can’t you get passive mob spawns
I still have the grass! As for the book trick that doesn't work because you need an unenchanted book for the trade, but there was another solution :)

@@NS0395 Yes, BUT... You start with enchanted book (Silk Touch in this case)... And they when you want to buy it, you need emeralds AND the book, so you will always end up with one book... But if you fish for those books or barter, that is another story, since they don't have book as the prerequisite, unlike Librarians, and hence you can get more books

now that you have iron and wood, why don't you start transporting villagers and hostile mobs using rails, and powered rails too
you can get the gold for your powered rails from the gold farm, and if you are interested, you might upgrade your gold farm now, by making the killing chamber automatic using entity cramming , the maximum amount entities that can stand on one block is 24, so by placing 24 or more or more minecarts at the killing chamber, you make them die due to entity cramming, and you'll still get the loot and the exp as if they die while the are angry towards you, you get the loot and the exp
also maybe get a zombie piglin near the killing chamber to hit him to anger the rest of the zomibe piglins
and maybe increase the size of the gold farm
anyways, love the series btw, don't stop now

is there a reason you chose skyblock 2's map and not a newer version where it has infinite skyblock? basically the version your on if you go to 1000 blocks out from skyblock you will generate regular terrain but if you chose a newer version which is a datapack you can go to the world border and it will still be skyblock. dont get me wrong i love the old school skyblock but eventually you will get regular terrain after a while. of course you can update the world to have the skyblock infinite update once it happens
