Serious upper body strength to pull yourself straight up like that. Most guys would find it hard to do because they're carrying more weight overall, even if they have more muscular upper bodies.

I have always been completely in awe of gymnasts. I mean no one else can do what they do. But this CZcams stuntwoman is straight up incredible too, almost able to successfully accomplish these maneuvers . I’m not a gymnast or a stuntman, but these videos are entertaining and inspiring!🌟🌟🌟
I’ve done all of these when I did competitive gymnastics! They are the exercises everyone on the team dreads, especially the rope climb one. The amount of arm and core strength to get all the way to the top is insane, and I’m so impressed the stunt woman was able to even move up at all.
Nothing like a little friendly competition! Their laughter was so infectious and true! The backflip was hilarious by the stunt girl, but who can criticize if you can’t do it yourself! It was a great short, and had me in tears! And they weren’t trying to be funny, but it was good, honest fun! Thanks for posting!
Not just healthy but damn fit. They’re professionals. It’s not easy to replicate their firness if you don’t do like them day in and day out. Let’s also take in consideration their diet which is clean af. And long hour training/ workouts. Not possible for average people who have to go to school or job. But you can come close.
