THE ON THE DAY SHOW presents DANCING DAYS

In this feature of The On The Day Show we visit St.Bartholomew's Church in Long Benton to join in with their weekly "Sequenced Dancing" sessions. With stories and anecdotes from many of the dancers we learn how valuable these sessions can be to keep the over 50's fit and active well into their 90's. Even our presenter Nina joins in and finds out what a great night these dances can provide. Many thanks to all who took part and making the crew so welcome.
