Looks heavily inspired by wingspan, does look interesting though.
I thought that too! But the central energy pool is a nice addition, let's you play off the other players a bit more than Wingspan, trying to figure out what they might add energy to so you can focus elsewhere and still do everything you want to do. Still pretty low player interaction but more than Wingspan it seems.
Player boards yes, activating the cards was inspired by Lorenzo il Magnifico if you've played that.
I’ve come to the conclusion, designers own banquet dining tables. No way I’m fitting a 4 player game on my table.
you must have a pretty small table i guess? the footprint of this game is pretty minor... not much bigger than ticket to ride. if you've got enough room for each of you to put a grid of 3x7 normal sized playing cards in front of you, you've got enough room for the game :)
@@rahdo must be the angle. Player boards looked huge on the screen and inferring from rows of cards. Glad to hear it’s not as big as it looks.
The sound of your videos is very low. I have the volume at maximum to listen.
that's strange! i just set my laptop speakers to 50% (with youtube set to 100%) and it sounds just fine. you're having to set your browser AND system volume to 100%. that is unexpected! sorry about that! :(

well i'll look into trying to amplify more while filing. the tricky thing is my voice is incredibly loud, so it will clip very quickly unless i keep things under control. but i'll see what i can do
