HEY....I'm over 60 and I see ST as an inspiration. I'm going to be doing a lot of different things after I retire but it will keep me off the streets.😀
The attention to detail is insane, awesome job. Can't imagine how tedious all that hand sanding and filing felt.
That's what she said 😂
Can’t rush perfection bro 😎
You have to make some for sale, people like me would pay good, very good.
yes we would
how much you pay i can make the same one just need to go buy thick steel like in the video
Maybe an auction haha
@@M357. if your name was slavik, i’d pay a few hundred.
@@directornelli9577 He is down changing his name right now lol
Who waited to see him throwing that into a target!?!?!😁😁
You are amazing! Working with what you have, AND making epic things to pass down to your children. They should be proud of you :D
you are a true cold weapons manufacturing professional
@@SpecialOrder_937 Imagine thinking knife making only involves using a forge. 🤡
@@citizenoftheninthdivision any moron with the right equipment can make a knife but not every person can forge a knife because that takes skill. 🤡
The king is back 👑👌🏼 I love your work. Greatings from Costa Rica 🇨🇷
Who else was expecting a tomahawk with a red dot sight?
Yo awesome to see you here man! Love your stuff, drasticually underwatched.
@@jamester0772 Thanks. I dont really do "interesting" youtube videos anymore though. I prefer working my butt off and get money for something you can put on a shelf. If ya know what I mean.
How else do they expect me to practice my backflip tomahawk throw?
There you go again making cool blades and stuff. One thing for sure, you have a great talent which for sure, has taken years of trial and error to become such an artist.
THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR TALENT TO THE WORLD..
KEEP SHOWING YOUR ART TO EVERYONE!
ENJOY SHARPENING YOUR SKILLS EACH AND EVERY DAY!!!
Thanks for watching my work.
ждал, ждал, дождался. Вышло офигенно, как и всегда, вы действительно Мастер с большой буквы)))
Dear Slavik,
I want just to tell you that you do is very important for my mental health, your video is so amazing, precise, inventive, very powerfull.. you have an great talent, you passion is visble and it's an great honnor for us that you give us all thes video.. i wish you all success that you merit..
Thank you for watching.
What an absolute master of stock removal. Machines couldn't have made it more precise.
For the methods and tools available, the man's work and creations are simply awesome.
I have no doubt they would be useable, but the sort of pieces that I would protect, hang and admire just because.
That is extremely bad ass! No other way to put it. Just beautiful. I love how orderly all your movements are when creating. All the materials are kept need, the area and tools kept pristine. That’s exactly what I strive for when I build it’s very relaxing to watch. When I see a builder who works surrounded by disorder it almost physically makes me tired, probably from all the stress it causes me. Lol. Anyway, another awesome project under your belt! Once again, thank you sir for sharing your gorgeous creations with us!
I am the same way. I tend to create a nice working environment ...this way it feels better to work.
You have gold in your hands, wonderful work as usual. Well done !
Thank you! Cheers!
@@SLAVIKTELY i got a challenge for you!
Can you make iron armor?
I would most certainly order one. It is so hard to find quality such as this around today. Short of some well built custom Viking tomahawk, axe, hatchets there really isn't that many others around.
I am pretty depending on the price I could imagine they would sell pretty fast.
Thank you for the upload.
Also love the human version of CNC work there.
The geometry choices were quite interesting, and I think worked quite well, although they obviously added to the complexity of the build. Nice!
It's good to see you back... Very great job 💪
Wow, just wow!! So much attention to detail and so much work. Beautiful results.
Wow so clear and clean and so satisfying to see that process from start to end, i really love it. no wards to say.
There are knife makers on youtube and then there is you. I think I subscribe to 7-8 different knife makers, but you impress the most.
Thanks for a new "movie". :)

I always admire your work ethics, it seems that you don't have a watch or calendar when you're working nor putting deadline to it. The results as always, impressive.
That is why I don't take orders. No deadlines to push me.
Your content is some of the most satisfying stuff on the internet.
Привет Славик с Урала! Да ты не перестаешь удивлять! Художник в своем роде! Творческих успехов тебе! С меня лайк!
Да получилось очень красиво.
Was interesting to see how long this actually takes 1:14
It doesn't take an hour and 10 minutes normally (if I read that correctly) a regular sized knife from 1/8 to 1/4 thick takes about 10-15 minutes to cut out.
I dont really see how this took that long tbh, but I've never cut 3/8 on my portaband.
As always a very beautiful tool Slavik!
Really sick videos. These always inspire me to get out into the shop and try something myself. Obviously you can see how my beginner skills compare to an expert of his craft.
Love it!
this has got to be the best homeade knife/hatchet I've ever seen. welll done
You are an incredibly talented person. I admire you.
Wow, A beautiful piece of artwork. Love it!!!
Always a pleasure to see a Slavik Tely upload. Thanks so much for the hard work!
Glad you enjoy it!
That hawk is a real beauty... Real craftsmanship right there.
Senti falta dos seus vídeos, mestre. Mais um excelente trabalho, lindo Machado!
Роскошно! Когда примерно представляю сколько ушло времени на весь процесс, начинаю завидовать вашему терпению!
Makes me smile to see that being made in a little backyard shop.
That thing is a work of art, you had me glued the whole video
Watching your vids inspired me to start my journey of knife making. I've made about 50 knives in the last couple years and I have more passion for it than when I first started. I love that it is so many hobbies in one! There are so many avenues that you can take. I want to thank you for all of your videos! You are truly a master craftsman! A pure perfectionist!
Thank you Jeremy
@@SLAVIKTELY no...ty! I've watched every video you've made and will watch every one coming up!
Changing that slightly cracked rivet, now that's attention to detail! Amazing work, that deserve subscribing!
Thanks for the sub!

Thank you :-)
Level of craftsmanship is insane, I actually can't believe how much work went into that. Bravo
Very well done sir. I'm loving the compound grinds on the blade of the axe.
Шикарно, как всегда, здоровья Вам и вашим близким!
Dude that was friggin awesome! My brother just asked me to build a hatchet and this really gives me some ideas. Thanks.
I dont believe ive ever seen you make anything other than knives. This tomahawk is awesome. You did a tremendous job dude it looks amazing.
I made cleavers
A very good looking tactical hawk. Keep it up, you're doing great.

Доброго времени суток✌ давно вас не было, спасибо за видео 👍👍👍👍👍
Your work needs no comments, and the like is already at the opening of the video.
I am Brazilian. I'm a fan of your work...
Well, you produced another piece of functional art. I've done my fair share of hand filing so definitely respect the level of detail you show in all of your videos. This stock was super thick which triples or quadruples the level of difficulty and time required to remove, bevel and chamfer the material. Incredible work as usual my friend.
You really need to get yourself a plasma cutter.
LASER CUT would be his way.....insane detail!
For a second there i thought you had put nail polish on your right thumb. then i had a flashback to all the times Ive banged my fingers working with hand tools and gotten the same blood blisters under my nails.
The worst part is heating a 📍 and making a hole so that blood comes out
@@erixgarcia5166 honestly i just let the nail growth take care of it. most of the time the blister moves towards the edge as the nail grows and you start to get dried powder like blood coming out from under the nail.
My coworker rookie slammed my finger with 3 inch conduit.
@@SLAVIKTELY I suppose it could have been worse; it could have been a 4 inch conduit. : )
Wow! Great craftsmanship with hand tools. A beautiful axe and I love the way he sheath works.
That video was freaking awesome!
that is fkin gorgeous
