Actually Six Flags Mexico opened in march 1982 (it was called Reino Aventura) it has the same theme architecture as then.

This park looks amazing. But should I be concerned about going here based on how it's in Mexico City? It's very polluted, the yraffic I am told is awful, and my dad speaks a lot about how the country is basically run by the drug cartels. Plus, my Spanish is not that great.

It's easy to get around with limited Spanish. The traffic is bad, so I recommend using Uber to get around since it's cheap and stress free. The hardest part for me visiting Mexico City is the altitude causing lightheadedness and headaches.

Traffic and pollution are as bad as any other major city in the world. Cartels won’t bother you in Mexico City. I live here.
