Creating CZcams videos with Text to Speech is not against CZcams's community guidelines, but you'll have to follow some rules.

CZcams has recently been demonetizing more and more AI text-to-speech videos and channels, as well as non AI generated video content.
However it's not because the creators used AI voiceover.
It is not against CZcams's community guidelines and content creation policy to use AI text-to-speech in your CZcams videos.

There are a ton of excellent AI voice over avatars available on Murf-AI that you can use right away. The best thing is that you may use any of the AI voices from the Murf-AI studio to monetize your videos.
This is how a voice over is produced using Murf AI studios.
Step one is to choose an AI Voice.
Depending on your script and your audience, the first quick decision is to choose the right voice for your audio.
The library includes over hundred and ten voices in fifteen plus languages.
Step two is to Enter the voice over script.
If you have your script ready, you could simply copy and paste it into the text editor. The editor also is powered with an AI grammar assistant to make your spelling and grammar checks seamless. Each text block has a limit of 1000 characters. Adding special effects is also easy. You can add emphasis, pauses, and edit pronunciations to specific parts of the sentence and play it in your text editor.
Step three is to Build the Audio.

You may be able to monetize them, but it's not safe to copy & paste the AI generated Script just as they are.
Reason is that CZcams may run automated reviews and hit such videos with ReUsed Content.
Concerning your second question, you can improve the script by taking your time to rewrite the article in your own words.
You can also add improvements by adding more in-depth knowledge and personal experience about the topic.
It's just best to reword the ent6 script and personalize it for the sake of your viewers.

If there is a mixed element of AI and some original element in the videos, would it be demonetized? e.g using some still AI images and AI voice, but the story being told in the video is unique. Would that work? Thanks for sharing.

The only problem with AI generated content is just copying and pasting the AI content without adding some original or unique elements in the video.
CZcams's AI can detect another AI, if it's just copy and paste.

I wonder if there is an AI not for grammar, but for Syntax? Because it's still hard for AI to translate and compose sentences. Grammar is a bit different. I wish I could find a program for Syntax.
For now, there's no AI tool that I know about. But I'm sure something like that would be developed very soon.

I can't say for sure. Some of those types of Channels are monetized, you know.
But in my experience it's very hard to monetize anything that has to do with compilation of content from Reddit, Quora, Twitter, Twitch, and others.
To be on the safer side you may have to show your face and add enough commentary with some humor.

Considering all the risks, wouldn't it be better to just use subtitles instead of TTS?
I think that good quality Text to Speech is better than using subtitles throughout. Not every viewer would be patient enough to read subtitles without a voice over.

But I've never heard of licenced AI Voices.
The only thing that's similar to what you might be talking about is using AI to clone a popular person's voice and then use it in your video without their permission.
But if you get to use AI Voices from some TTS websites or software, it can be monetized as long as it doesn't sound too robotic.
