I use massage guns daily in my office. You need to be careful not to use a massage gun over bones. And using it directly on your neck can make you dizzy or give you a headache, so use it on the traps of your shoulders rather than your neck. Moving your neck while the massager is over the traps area can actually help loosen the spinal facet joints. Stick to 2 minutes max per area.
