Thanks for watching! The way works here is, if its listed with furniture included then that's the price. If you don't want the furniture you'll need to consign it to a second hand store. If no furniture is included, there might or might not be a furniture package available at extra cost. Great question!

Yes, they exist here and we've been forced to use them several times. They are very expensive. In the range of $1000-2000 for a typical house. They are all based in Guadalajara.
Not worth paying for one. Sales prices are not public information such as in the states.
It’s really about word of mouth, and looking at comparable listing prices in your particular area. Steals are still to be had if you’re patient.
We bought a house in an area of $300k houses for $150k, because the man died and the wife just wanted out to go back to her family in the states.
