It's just a war on smoking. But it is ok for them to sell pain pills. And that's what they want, they want you to be at the doctor everyday.

As a rheumatoid arthritis patient and multiple other diseases I say we need thc to be legalised and prescribed too. I’m tired of being in pain and the only relief I get is through cannabis. I am on three different opiates at the highest rate and none of that or the other meds makes as much difference as cannabis. Cbd does not make much difference to my pain at all. Please England sort it out. It’s proven enough now and as a country it could mean massive business and taxes. Our country could be great again ❤
Everything should be legal for personal, drugs weapons etc. We are living under one of the most oppressive governments of this nations history
You can get it legally now but just not on the nhs, you need to got to a private clinic or consultant. Plenty of videos on here of how to get it legally.
even for babies and children who have drugs resistant epilepsy...the nhs says 'NO' until they are in a vegetative state...thanx NICE guidelines!!!@@junglie

No the American way is to legalize it then weaponize it. They aren't getting as much revenue in taxes off the CBD is what it is. And the Pharma is trying to control it. They want us in the doctors office everyday so they can raise insurance premiums again.

Little known fact, CBD tinctures and oils work amazingly as a topical on infected cuts and wounds.
CBD has helped my dad with his spinal injury more than any medicine he’s taken. By far. Plus it’s far less damaging to his body & has substantially less side effects. There is zero excuse to keep cbd illegal or to prevent it from being accessed by people. Btw my dad has always been very anti drug & my brother died from drug overdose in 2003 so he wouldn’t touch anything that made him high.
Amen, with 3 cracks in my pelvis from 25 years ago I feel his pain now..... CBD got me through a bad time after neck surgery, without a script. Now they have legalized it and want to weaponize it all over again.
Legalise it, at least for medical use.

Private clinic where you need to provide your full medical summary records to get access, which your doctor wont give you despite handing in a signed written request and being legally entitled to it. You also pay extreme amounts on a consultation, regular follow-up consultations ontop of paying for the cannabis as well. Most people who need it can't afford the consultations and they did that deliberately to kill off those less fortunate, those most in need.

over 5 years of medical use being legalized and there has not been 1 law amendment or change, the full thing need urgently looked at or just legalize the whole thing

The UK's law on THC needs updating not CBD. We are in a financial crisis with many at risk of death due to either poor circumstances, lack of support or medical negligence/ignorance (workers on strike, this means you)
You can get cannabis legally now for the last 6 years if you registered for medical use, and that can have a THC of 30 %+ it is needed for some medical conditions.
And pay insane amounts for regular consultations good luck

The laws are illegal not the plants and the only criminals are the ones making an enforcing the laws not the ones selling and distributing life-saving medicine.

I have a private prescription for medical cannabis here in the UK, which has very little to no CBD and low to high amounts of THC.
Equally, you can get just CBD flower, too, or high amounts of CBD with very little to no THC.
Ideally, it would be legalised, but even decriminalisation and regulation would be the logical thing to do.
It would create change in many ways and for many areas such as finance, tax, business, and of course medicine and health. I'd absolutely love to be in a position financially to create and open a dry herb vape lounge (there are these here in the UK already) where medical patients can come and consume their medication but people who aren't can come to get help and guidance and information.
All the "Dying towns" would benefit from this.
But of course, who am I to even have an opinion, let alone voice it when the government knows best?.........
FairPlay to George for putting himself out there! This is what we need in our industry more people standing up for this plant, CBD flower is the most natural form to consume CBD in. To get all these CBD products we need to grow the Hemp plant but our government in UK doesn't want to acknowledge this so our farmers are left to destroy the most valuable part off there crop!

The joke of this whole situation is that laws have never had any negative impact on people’s use of drugs. Throughout history, the evidence is clear that prohibition causes an increase in criminal enterprise and organised crime but no decrease in drug use.
The law is irrelevant. People will always want to enjoy psychoactive substances. Weed, alcohol, cocaine, opioids; it doesn’t matter. People enjoy being high and happy. The only future where people aren’t breaking the law to get high is a future where drug legalisation happens.
