Do you see the fire in his eyes as he hears the sound of the ready guitar? Its unbelievable how much passion he has for what he does. I mean he has to cause singing in 8 Languages without an accent isnt easy 😂
And he does this for bringing people together.
Give THIS man an nobelprice not Obama....

Wow! Thank you, as I listen for many years to Manu Chao, some Greek, French, Ashanti, Indonesian and many languages of music. I adore the Qwaali movement just as much as this.. and yet, I only speak "world pidgen" at best. My friends in Mexico were deciding who to trust, myself and many others, me in torn jeans, and the rest all attorneys with fancy sachs and Brooks Brothers clothes- like they were all pulled off an assembly line. So we end up in Tamps, MX by the woods by a mine, by a campfire and the Mezcal test begins. I have a taste for that drink, the effects- and I DO eat the worm, so one of the guys who speaks English tells us all to get in the SUV, time to go back. Only he puts a hand on my shoulder and simply says, "Not you. You stay." Then as they all spoke and roared with laughter, I asked if I was in trouble. The man, Jose Sarmiento, said not at all- that i was the one they liked and my ideas were best. He became my advisor for almost 30 years, and passed just last year, so we salute and cheer of the good times, just how we are. During this meeting I was frustrated as I did not speak much Spanish at all. So I chipped into the conversation, "Me gustas cien toros volando!" (Thought it meant, to fly home now.) They all laughed a great hearty laugh and Jose informs me that I just said, I needed 100 bulls flying- which they took to mean they were talking some real B.S. That alone was the moment we found friendship. Later they made me an honorary Aspic. Mexico has been a passion and a place of safety for me ever since, (this was @1998) and still is. 8 languages, in the Latin is easier than for one who was raised in Forspk (I am Weamaconk) or English. Yet still, with such grace as Manu shows, oh man, I adore these videos, some deep, some silly- from Mr. Bobby to all the TIPOTA.. yes, that Nobel prize has lost its sheen. Obama was a deceptive man and still is. My Ashanti friends called him "the God Obama" until I met their King (Ni'i) and President ("Nana") Akufo-Addo and drew up a list of visits versus benefits. Now they all love Trump. We were helping each other with common needs, a trade agreement and such as each country (ECOWAS) may have as a special need- always to benefit and for the ownership of the indigenous. The next Administration in DC- with a stroke of the pen, "undid" all that and worse. Now we keep in contact and await my return with private entities to help. And we shall get there. So many languages in so many cultures, the diplomacy of music like this helps much more than i can illustrate. Sorry so many words here, yet all to thank you for posting this great video. Shhh, I hear the tides, ... rolling in rugged. Ahh, relief.

Look at the overweight guy just smoking in Many Chao's face during the whole time. Sir, put down your cigarette when someone is singing. The smoke is very damaging for the vocal chords.
