if u change ur race and g back to that race the v3 stays but if u chanege ur race that u never used u nned to get it to v1 v2 v3 if u want
im pretty sure the letters are either dm's between the two characters OR its just an inside joke between the devs and they thought it would be funny to make up something like that and then put it in the game as a sort of "easter egg" in the form of a quest

Enyu for some reason I have insanely good luck I got a buddha and spirit on the same day (I lost the spirit to a hacker and the Buddha I gave to a noob I felt bad) and I got one stored bc of a rubber and diamond (2nd luck is real)
And the message from dark blade quest is that they respect you and you wont die in first sea
