Wussup big man?
Car detailer here. I am always excited when I come across really old cars. You can feel the era like a time capsule, and that blesses my heart.
May God Bless Your Family🙌
My dream find, had some 2nd gen over here in Ireland in my garage gym, super equipment, would love to get my hands on some,Dorian Yates had a few pieces in his Gym in Birmingham that he used when training for the Olympia which I got to see, haven't unfortunately come across any here yet, don't let them out of you site.Nice one!
Can we know how much you paid for all of this? Such awesome equipment man the pattern on the padding is gorgeous
Now that Brian is retired, the transition to a full time forklift enthusiast channel has commenced.
Brian is not retired! Just wait till you see what's the next chapter unfolds!
Brian is a man of culture
@@christiandior8726 he literally is. He still works, but he is retired from professional strongman.
🤣🤣🤣
@@ozonedepleter1672 nope lol right now he has changed jobs not retired.he is far from retirement right now.
You never know what you're gonna get on this channel. American pickers. Ultimate fighting. Strong man. Eating contests. The neck roll on the back of shaw's head. It's always exciting
The neck roll 😂😂 lmaooo
He can swipe a credit card in there as well if you need to pay for some merch
That ended 1000x better than I was expecting
@@vayllinn994 That's amazing. Thanks for letting us know.
Everything he posts also comes with the best enthusiasm as well. I didn't find him until I saw that History channel strongest men in the world show. If you haven't seen it, great show. It has Brian Shaw (of course), Eddie Hall, Robert Oberst, and Nick Best, going around the world.
Brian’s biggest achievement is being Forklift certified
@@Killllr0yStill a true a statement, what’s your point
Human-kinds biggest achievement*
@@Killllr0y is he not forklift certified then? lol
the statement is true my friend.
@@Killllr0y The statement is in fact true. You come across as extremely agitated, is everything ok at home?
@@Killllr0y it is true. any dummy can lift weights but to drive a forklift well is not easy, not everyone can even pass the test, but any old foool can pick up weight.
Brian is collecting rare gym equipment like they were infinity stones💎
In the right hands...
The real THANOS
@@manuelhernandez2017 no the real thanos is Hathor.
Kevinmee3501 go on somewhere Brian is 1000X cooler and a better person. Go watch Thor if that's your guy
@@kevinmee3501 your mom is thanos...
Those old Nautilus machines are my all-time favorites. The pullover machine is the absolute best I've used. That was an awesome find!
Heh, I just made a post talking about how incredibly good the pullover machine was. I remember kinda marvelling at it between sets because it was such a perfect thing and worked so freaking well.
amazing the pullover was my favorite too along with a lying weird chest press using rollers.
I feel like Brian won WSM, got sponsorships and started multiple business just to one day collect gym equipment...the nerd lol
Think about all the crazy stuff his kids will have. Millions of dollars worth of Jim equipment.
Sounds about right!
I hope after time leaves shaw the gym will become a public gym wheres all the eguipment shaw gathered in the years, it would be a museum and a gym in one, built by the arguably the worlds strongest man. It would be beyond inspiring to train there
Shaw's going to need a new Gym soon lol filling up this one fast😂
Cue the “building my new gym, again” video series
@@christygruber2283It always does. When I built my gym I originally put up a 1,440sqft (40x36) building to house it, but made it so that it was easy to expand. It's now 3,000sqft (60x50) and filling up fast, and the only people who use it are my wife, myself, and occasionally my brother.
@@MdoubleHBx Wat?
@@MdoubleHBxwhy do you keep leaving this comment ? go seek help. You definitely have some weird issue with this guy.
I'm facinted to know who the previous owner / owners were. Loving the open barn gym set up, very oldtime strongman, no frills, oldschool
I was looking for this comment! Who owned this?!!
Probably an old professional athlete. We found a big batch of it at a former NHL players home. His widow wanted it gone because she wanted to move.
That is a pretty cool idea. I wonder how well it was maintained and setup initially.
This was owned by Mike Schwab owner of the fitness factory gym in Canon. I put a lot of miles on that pullover in the 80’s
So happy to see new content from you! I discovered your career/channel after your retirement in Strong Man, but have been binging all your videos. So happy that you are still active on here. You are such an inspiration!
Funniest part……three men on one side of leg press rack pushing onto trailer and B by himself.😅😅😅😅😅😅😅…….
This was a trip down memory lane. My high school was kitted out in most of this equipment; however, someone invested a LOT of effort into turning it all red to match the school colors. Loved the feel of these compared to cable. Great find and glad to hear it's going to continue handing out gains to those willing to put in the work.
It was the late 80's, I was 16, and a friend talked me into lifting with him. Both army brats, the logical place to life was the big gym on base. It was a classic, and smelly, pit with cinderblock walls, thick tile floors, sweat and chalk. On the cleaner side of the room, away from the rusty plates and no-neck meatheads, were the same blue Nautilus machines with the same blue sparkle pads. You had to be certified to use them because they didn't want any old musclehead screwing up the good stuff.
I was too much of a teenage shithead so the only machine I ever certified on was the incredible pullover machine. It was buttery smooth and hit the pullover like nothing else. In the end, it was okay, because my home was with the rust, the chalk, and the no-neck meatheads, but I have very fond memories of that pullover machine.
Good find. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I spent so much time in that gym, and I'm lucky enough that some of the guys I lifted with back then are still in my life.
Loving watching Brian take these trips to find old gym equipment 👍🏻
Pretty awesome barn find. Epic to find all those pieces in one place. Glad you got it Brian!
We had that same leg extension in our gym years ago. Talk about nostalgia. Thank you for lugging us along for another great adventure, Sir. Love from Massachusetts.
Loving your enthusiasm bud. Its fun to watch as you navigate your retirement. Keep it up!
Can’t wait to see them all cleaned up and in place. This journey had to have been a ton of fun. Thanks for sharing BS. Love it!
Brian’s gym definitely is a unique gym 😂 it’ll be cool seeing these refurbished
I am wondering when Brian is going to open his own gym, franchise and start accepting members… he would make a killing
i think he already are - kind off silent partner thing ( co owner )
@@martinwedel3588 oh ok thanks!
Yeah, he should forget the MMA thing and just establish THE SHAW STRONGMAN ACADEMY !
@@stefanomagaddino6868 I think he said in a prior video he's getting some good money for this fight so that right there is the start-up money!
Definitely needs to happen with all the equipment he has and he has in storage he can fill a gym easily
Amazing find! Excited for the video of you trying them out!
I LOVE these videos. I'm here for it!
Brian, you are quite literally a giant nerd! I love it and am here for it!
THANK you. Entertaining, also nice score. Keep on bringing the stories and videos.
Lobe this Channel it’s like Christmas always suprise never knowing what content he’s going put out! All great
Brian, this fitness history side of things....I love it. Fascinating and I love that you've got time to be the super strength nerd we all wish we could be!!
Ive been getting into the vintage weights and stuff recently, so it's great to see this content parallel my interests.
Love ya B! You’re an inspiration brother.
I love these old chain drive nautilus machines, I used to work out on these in the early nineties!
Same!
love these types of videos, cool to see unique equipment
Love that Brian is doing things like this .he was also the neutral and in the middle strongman. No drama with anyone
What dope setup and find Brian!
This is my new favorite series 🙌🏼
This was the ultimate workout video 🤣 I have never seen these original Nautilus machines, but just seeing them here in your video, I can tell they are genuinely unique and amazing! Love all your content, and the shirts!!
I Can tell your starting to lean out Bryan that's awesome. Don't be discouraged. Your strength isn't just skin deep! You pave your way with anything you do. So glad your focusing more on your health
I noticed Brian's arms seem smaller than usual. 💪
I thought I was seeing things but I agree they look smaller.
Brian is melting away & getting much healthier…..!!!
Thats awesome stuff man. I cant see you fitting in much of it but they are phenomenal.
I actually really enjoy these videos!!
Brian is one of the few humans on earth that makes a full sized tractor looks like a mini.
Absolutely incredible content right here baby
loving the collection buying. I would love to go to a gym that at the same time you can see the whole history of muscle training. Imagine a gym with multiple floors/sections and each one has its own history. ancient times, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s... man that would be awesome
I really enjoyed this video Brian you are one of a kind for sure that was a great rare barn find for sure
Love the content bro 😊
Love these videos
I hope i had a gym in my highschool too, incredible content and waiting to see you using the new equipment.
Always a GREAT day when Brian uploads 😅
This is a great find. I always think of Mike mentzer and Casey viator any time I see this old nautilus equipment.
Loved watching this. We used the original machines when we were young and strong😊. Brings back lots of memories!
History! Thanks for preserving it.
I remember using the pullover machine. I loved that thing!
What a find can’t wait to see all the equipment cleaned up and chains oiled 💪
Never thought I would see a forklift operating a fork lift lol
Forkliftception
Amazing find. Really really cool
Wow, a literal barn find, very cool. I'm sure plenty of viewers will recognize these Nautilus pieces, but just in case anyone is curious: there's a double shoulder, double chest, super pullover, omni multi exercise (aka OME), 1st gen leg extension, next gen compound position row, multi bicep. Google those and you'll find plenty of information. The stand alone pec dec machine, the lying leg curl, the hack squat/leg press combo, and the row with the grey frame aren't Nautilus machines.
This is AWESOME! I could watch a Brian Shaw “recovery” video everyday
In next weeks episode Brian starts the 10,000 square foot addition to his current gym.
Your Show is unstoppable 🎉🎉🎉
I love the old school machines and I love how you collect them! Save them and give them a new life!
I JUST LOVE WHEN BRIAN FINDS HISTORY EQUIPMENT AND EDUCATES US,
Big man is really handling that Forklift aint he? Love this channel's content! Please keep us updated on this i want to see them restored!
Your passion for strength is inspiring.
Very Cool love to see them get the use they were made for once again.
Very cool stuff! My love for the weights started on equipment just like that
sick video brian
So cool man! What a great find.
What a crazy find !!! You might have to hang up a disco ball in the gym to go with that seventies sparkle blue equipment !!!!
Brian can single handedly move all the equipment himself! 😂
Great Find!!!
Love old equipment! Like others, space is my limitation. I see very cheaply priced classic pieces of equipment on the used market often. Thanks for highlighting vintage equipment, Brian!
Brian I am loving that new tractor forklift. Awesome machine.
Great find ! Can we see a before and after restoration video ? 🙏
Brian makes that tractor look small 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
😂😂😂 love this when Brian is driving stuff it’s like he just thinks yeah I’ll have a go at driving it’ll be ok 🤣
I like how the gyms shaping up. Gonna look incredible with the contrast between each machine.
A certain Dallas Fire Station and Station(s) had and some still do have this very same equipment...The overhead pullover was great and the leg curl was too!
this would be a cool series. Shaw travelling across america collecting old gym equipment and getting them restored
Wow! Watched this one with my dad and he was telling me back when he worked at Gregg Buttles gym on Long Island he used to use and clean these machines all the time! Cool experience to see again he said.
The first gym I ever joined had that equipment . The name of the gym was " SchNautilus"
It was located in Schenectady NY. Owned By Andy Selfridge Former NY Giant.
Mate what an awesome find. I can’t believe it. ❤
WOW man! I totally remember having a bike with a blue banana seat that glittery color in the 70s LOL!
Awesome find
My first gym was nautilus equipment. Awesome find. Lots of memories.
That's a nice Massey tractor. Also super cool find! They found a good home.
A living legend with legendary gym equipment ❤
having used a nautilus machine before, they are amazing. and I have never found a machine that compares.
Nautilus chain driven pullover is the single best/rarest piece out there, super envious!
they look so cool hope you do other videos about them
Brian owning more history that's always amazing to see!
Is it bad that I want to clean and coat it all 😂
I'm surprised to not see a trailer mounted forklift, you seemed so interested in those in past videos. They are worth it for the available loading space on the trailer!
That's a cool find, have fun with that gym equipment, I would like to try out some of those machines one day.
Love these videos. This is why I keep coming back. Hopefully, we'll see more videos on strength and not MMA.
Brian needs a ballast box for the 3 point hitch so he doesn’t overload and damage the front axles on his tractor while lifting heavy things. Also makes the tractor more stable.
The guy standing on the low side when that tractor 🚜 hitched 😮. Didn’t even phase him.
Putting calcium in the back tires would also work as well.
I don’t know if it was the same but my 21 years in the army I have been to a few bases that had those chain drive systems and always loved them❤congratulations brother
amazing find!
awesome find.
The leg extension and prone leg curl nautilus gen 1 are the best feeling leg machines ever created- absolutely perfect and i have never felt anything like it since in the almost 30 years of training
wish you a good luck in your life much love and respect for you brother😍😍😍👍👍
Ok, we are going to need more tractor time with Brian now lol
Gotta admit, better at that than I would have guessed
Maybe have a fun tractor rodeo against Edward next time he’s over on this side of the pond.
They had a really fun set up with a mini excavator that was a sort of obstacle course, and I could only imagine how entertaining it would be to get you two some seat time in something like that
I know Eddie knows his way around semi trucks (lorries) so would he have an advantage?
We definitely should find out! Lol
Also, you have got to get Kaz to come out and see this classic Nautilus equipment! I’m sure he used many of these back in the day and would be an absolute gold mine of knowledge and have some priceless stories about them! 💪
this real cool. I love old pinball machines and if i had a lot of money i would save some that hide in barns. but this is that same level of cool
Quads gym in Chicago has a lot of this stuff. It’s awesome
Nice find Shaw
