@@matsyaavatarwithnupur I have a 10 inch ( 9.5 liters ) planted bowl setup. ( after adding substrate, driftwood and plants probably 5 liters )
I'm a bit confused whether I can put one male betta or 5-6 guppies.
Will the betta die because of lack of water quantity? Or it should be fine for him?
There is not air pump and filter.
Both betta & guppy will be perfect for that tank ... but i suggest guppy for bowl ... as betta prefers corner ..

Mam, i have 2 small shubunkin goldfish (1.5inch) in a 25 litre tank, i noticed one of fish has an infection in the joint connecting its tail fin to body, that area is slowly becoming translucent and very slight red veins are visible.
I have been using methylene blue but i don't know what type of infection is it, can you olease tell me how to treat it ??

@@matsyaavatarwithnupur it hasn't spread much, but I feel it can do some serious damage if not treated fast. The fish is doing well, isn't stressed out,very active eats well, swims well. The problem with him is he's always active and eating even if he has a disease. Currently I'm changing 60-70% water on a daily basis but I see no improvement, please help!!

You can apply malachite... it may work ... but antibiotics will work better..

Bilkul nehi ... both anti ich & malachite green f works almost in a similar way , malachite is much more stronger than anti ich ... so dont use them at a time... otherwise medicine overdose is also very harmful for fishes...

@@sunnyraj5882 no issues dear 😊 ... but sabka channel dekho... agar kisi jagah mai galat hu to wo bhi apko pata chal jayega ... sara knowledge mera sahi nehi ho sakta na ... aur surely i ll try to make replies to u & all ... yes u can add salt ...but remember bro all fishes are different... there are many varieties in sucker fish ... so play safe side ... add a little salt & wait for 2 days , if ur fish is ok then add more ... dont add too much at a time ...

Blood in the fins is a sign of stress. It is a common symptom of ammonia poisoning, which if not too severe can be cured by clean water.
A lack of filtration (and overfeeding) will lead to high ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite levels. An immediate water change is required. Change 50% of your tank with clean unchlorinated water of a similar temperature. If your tap water has added chlorine, leaving it in a bowl overnight will dissipate most of it. Repeat the water change daily for a week.
In future a weekly water change can be beneficial, but increased filtration or a reduced feeding regime may be needed.
