You may have “failed” in some aspects but as an outsider looking in, I’m in awe of your determination and your growth. It may take longer than you want things to happen but they do. This is my first time commenting. But i agree with you when the feeling of glow up is not only in physical form. I was also talking to my therapist about accepting the past me to be able to accept the new me. This video has helped me put more light into it and I thank you it. I love your videos

My week before and during my period are the worst. Ill crawl into a hole and even doing the norm tasks like brushing teeth or showering are hard ass tasks. you arent the only one

I feel like the best approach for when you feel like you’re “failing” is to just say things are happening for you, not to you, because we never see what’s on the other side until we do it, sometimes the universe redirects you to where you should go, instead of where you think is best at the time. This is how I cope with failing fr fr and this is after crying and throwing a bf and feeling like shit everyday. Hope it helps (sorry this is long)

And it’s 100% true, you can physically glow up but you have to make sure your mental health is together otherwise there’s no point.
