I think that molly you have is suffered from constioation...try giving it some peas and fruits Maybe just add 1 more molly if you can...coz as dar as i have seen...mollies get quite lonely when alone
I have community tank, 1 male betta, 8 guppies, 18 neons, 5 pleco, 20 shrimps and everyone is happy, no fights, betta is active, happy and with healthy fins

Those bellies are looking a little more than full... I'm sure you know a lot more about all of this than I do, but I just don't see how being that stuffed can be healthy for their little fishy bellies.
My suggestion here, is to separate m Males put them in a 3 to 5 litter tank to groom them it will eventually make them beautiful and also you can join to a Betta show.
I really don't like that you keep full adult males together. I have noticed that when their fins get so damaged like yours, they grow back strangely, never as beautiful as before. But otherwise, your spawn is beautiful and very healthy, great job!!

Betta fish wont fight if the tank is bigger and have plenty of space. I got some mixed male and female betta , puting them in fish pond with panda molly. They swim very happily. Betta fish required big space.
I have 4 tanks of betta fish,each one put a male or female because the females are so aggressive with each other so I separate them.One of my betta fish is stress out so I bring it down to the kitchen.

U can seperate that aggressive blue betta so that it will have fine fins and it is the mpst rare one among all his siblings

Sometimes they are finnipers tho, espesially with guppies, but they dont really agresive with bettas
