5 years later, I broke into tears when I hear this. They are the 2 best singers at my time. I started to love them at the same time, and they left me at the same time. Especially Anita, she is just so good at singing!
I was born in the late 80s and missed the best times of HK music industry. But i seriously love Leslie and Anita. They songs are really ear candies compared to the music they make now. This is sung with passion! and skill! this is truly moving. Thanks for putting this up.
this is such a heart-broken duet! I really miss both of them. They represented the most glamorous time of HK show business. the last conversation between made my tears drop. Leslie went first: 各位觀眾，梅艷芳！ Followed by Anita: 給點掌聲，Leslie！ Then as Leslie walked of the stage, Anita watched him fading away... That much said about how they eventually left us...
Leslie left early on that day because he was suffering from severe stomach pain. In spite of this, he still went to support Anita. Both of them were already quite sick at that time, one suffering from severe clinical depression while the other was diagnosed with cancer. Leslie has always been the most truthful and caring friend to Anita. In fact, he's been like a brother to her for over 2 decades. That's why when Anita learnt of the news of his demise, she broke down completely.
It seems God knew that they are the best partner and thus has taken them both to heaven in 2003 to continue their performance up there. The people in heaven are very fortunate to have this pair of legendary pop king and queen to beautify their lives with their songs and stage performances...... RIP both of you, Anita and my dearest Leslie. Love Leslie forever.
从80年代上台就相互调侃，到90年代同台相互鼓励，到03年互道珍重，像极人生的少年，中年和老年时光，他们已经一起走完一生。他们已经在另一个世界相聚。我们只能敬仰传奇了。
那时哥哥的胃酸倒流已经很严重了，从朋友婚礼赶来没吃饭，痛到说不了话还坚持唱完，真让人佩服
