I just bought the 2020 Ultimate last week (same color as in your review, Dusk Blue). A few things of note: 1. The phone charger only works with Qi systems (doesn't work with my LG phone). 2. The backup camera is really blurred out by the lights when used at night. 3. Really wish it had presets for the power seats (my wife's suggestion). 4. I found that the Sport mode is best for highway driving as it tightens up the steering and makes passing quicker. 5. The rear seats are also heated. And 6. Could be better with a turbo engine. Great video 👍😎.

Ok so im actually in uk, and i have one these on order thru our motability scheme (u can lease a brand new car if ur disabled and on proper benefits for it). It was 3rd car i properly looked at (seat ibiza and the arona which is the suv version of the ibiza but was still too small boot space and such wise). I test drove it for 10mins about 2weeks after o passed my test, and wow! Its such a smooth drive! (1.4ltr manual). Its huge inside which i need as my dad is not a small guy, the boots huge which i need for my wheelchair and reg going home 650miles away, and ive been renting cars while i wait for paperwork to get sorted and i much prefer a 6speed gear box to a reg 5! Im so excited im gonna ask to test drive it again before my car arrives just so i know im still in love, but i couldnt be more excited! And seeing such an honest look around really helped seal the deal thank u.

Joe, when you review '21 model, note the wider than avg door width. Hyundais (and Kias) both have wider door widths. Even taller you still might notice it. For me at 5'4" I literally pulled a muscle getting in/out a few times. Might be interesting for women considering it. Competition doesn't have this issue. Backup cam is blurry for $35K Ultimate, sales guy said they're all fuzzy. Overall a beauty with the roof and sweet vented seats.

L S my Tiguan goes to 160 also. I think because the governors cut most of these off at about 156 or so

Absolutely love the handling. I live in PA with lots of different roads I go on and all four of them have handled everything super well. I was also super impressed with the sound system as I love loud music with a lot of bass :). I talked my aunt into her first one years ago and she still has hers and loves it as well.

I have one above the basic trim. I think it rides kinda rough. But it is nice and big in the cabin. For like 2,500 more I got blind spot warning, blue link. Still cheaper sticker price then the corolla I traded in. I know I won’t get half of what I got for my Toyota trade in but I wanted something bigger but it rides rough and the gas mileage is sketchy at best. But very nice affordable cars. Seats fold down easy. I think they need to put guards on the tires though cause every time it rains it splash’s on to my windshield. 7 out of 10.

Hey Joe, what's with the "frameless mirror" obsession? What is it, who has it, and what benefits does it give me, the consumer, to purchase a vehicle with this feature?
(Also, I saw an old Veracruz this afternoon that was so well-taken care of, I thought it was an updated or new-release Hyundai! 😮)

Good all around vehicle but no one thing really jumps out at me (though the warranty coverage is good) and with the Toyota Rav 4 AWD out it almost makes sense as to go with one of those instead. The Rav 4 has proven to be a simple, reliable and capable vehicle and with over 20HP more that little extra oomph is appealing especially when fully loaded with the AC on.
