1. Grilled Cheese & Pepperoni Sandwich
- 2 slices of white bread
- 2 tbsp garlic & herb butter
- 2 slices of cheese
- 9 slices of pepperoni
2. Ham Quesadilla Pocket
- 1 tortilla
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 1 slice of ham
- salsa to serve
3. Sweet & Savory Party Skewers
For the mini hot dog skewer:
- 3 cocktail sausages
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ corn cob, cooked
For the cinnamon sugar skewer:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
For the meatball skewer:
- 1 oz ground beef
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp chopped herbs (e.g. mint, parsley & dill)
- lemon zest
- minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 slice of red onion
- 1 mini sweet pepper
For the pineapple & cheese skewer:
- 1 piece of firm cheese (e.g. halloumi)
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 slice of zucchini
For the PB&J skewer:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp jelly
