@Marina Not everyone can afford to eat like that. I would love to do that as well, but the price of healthy food is just insane. Not to mention the lack of time to prepare all this with being a fulltime student and with fulltime working parents

i was thinking the same, my mom never woke up when we went to school and i had to eat bread and jam 2 years straight until i got so sick of it that i never had breakfast anymore💀💀... and now i have extreme stomach issues🚶🚶

Same tho, I had a similar problem, my mom had to wake up too early so that she didn't had time to give me a full breakfast so I had to stick with bread with butter for all my kindergarden years, and now I get super disgusted by it, and also have stomache issues bcs of my bad feeding 🚶

유명 특급호텔 조식 서비스 같아여~ 근래에 배달 음식으로 연명하고 있었는데 반성하게 되네요. 저도 조금 더 나와 식구를 돌보는 것에 노력을 기울여야 겠어요. 건강한 밥상🍚이 그 첫번째 일인거 같아요. 좋은 영상 감사합니다.

주부 11년차입니다만 저와의 갭이 너무 커서 해봐야지라는 생각이 1도 못들어여. 전 혼자 요리 하고 차리고 치우는 것이 요즘 들어 너무 힘에 부치거든요 ㅠㅜ장보고 요리하고 차리고 치우고...이거 혼자하면 정말 너무 힘들어여 세시간은 쭉 서서 일하는거같아요 특히 저녁상차리기는 너무너무 힘듭니다 ㅠㅠ 힘들게 차려놓고도 중간중간 부족한거 나르고 챙기느라 앉아서 밥 먹을 수도 없어여... 모두모두 불평은 잠시 접어두고 엄마, 아내의 밥상이 조금 맘에 안들어도 감사히 먹읍시다...ㅠㅜ

yes i love how she has so many “non breakfast” food items. i always felt like i had to start my morning off with some type of breakfast food but any food eaten in the morning is breakfast food haha
