- Nick Wright, Chris Broussard and Kevin Wildes discuss the Los Angeles Lakers win vs. Minnesota Timberwolves. The Lakers initially took a three-point lead with just over a second left on a LeBron James assisted Dennis Schroder three-pointer. The ensuing possession Anthony Davis fouled Mike Conley on a three and he’d go on to make all three attempts to force overtime. LeBron and the Lakers would go on to win it in overtime 108-102. Lakers will matchup with Memphis Grizzlies in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

Every time nick brings up Kobe it’s to say something negative. It’s never just a compliment to Kobe or his game. He’s always criticizing him when he talks about him. Why?
Didnt Kobe passed the ball to Artest to win a championship? Hater.
Tell wildes to NEVER CHANGE 😂
@@chrisgeorge84 it’s obvious… he’s a Lebron fan. I’m a Kobe fan I just started likening lebron I’ve always respected his greatness tho. He can’t find himself to do that to much😅
One of Lebron’s best skill sets is his passing ability but dummies who can’t play the game or don’t understand game criticizes him for not using one of his talents. Ok folks
Wildes- “Segment didn’t end too well for you, back to the drawing board Nick”😂😂

This is by far the best TV Sports Show ever. 3 Legends at their absolute peak, complementing each other in ways we never saw nor ever see again. 😀
The White one is a legend? I don’t even know his name. A lot of people probably don’t.

Imagine during flop patriots weekends haha
Nick is spot on about rest being a huge factor in Lakers' potential playoff success. If they had lost yesterday and had to play on Friday and then Denver on Sunday (assuming they won Friday), they would be toast
All facts
They’re toast regardless
Theyre already toast. Laker hype is pathetic
They’ve been toast. No one worried. Memphis will in in 5, maybe 6.
@@SamUHells Memphis beat them 1 time out of 3 games this season . And when Memphis won it was a close game . I watched all 3 games . Memphis will be out in 5 nothing pass 6
Best part of Wild Wildes' Tweets the music and Wildes knows how to deliver commentary in sync.
I cant belive wild wildes thoughts worked
They are killing it
Surprised that Nick didn't say that he is even more confident in the Lakers after last night's subpar performance against a compromised Wolves team
😂😂😂 bro seriously
“Compromised” Wolves play better without Gobert by a lot, especially against the Lakers. They got hot hands after good defense, then Lakers started making shots. Coming back from 15 down in the 3rd is no easy feat for any of the teams. You don’t know ball bruh
A win is a win, y'all act as if Rudy Gobert turned into Micheal Jordan all of a sudden, the wolves are not some lottery team, they are a play-in team just like the Lakers, so I'm gonna give them credit for actually winning and not criticize them for having to go into overtime to do it

They saying that the Timberwolves were just unlucky they didn't make shots. But the reason they are not shooting well was Lakers suffocating defense.
Wildes is absolutely hilarious
I love Wildes!! Hero of a man

A win is a win whether you win by an inch or a mile - Dominic Torreto
Lol
who?
Lol. “A win is a win” is nonsense when evaluating my Lakers’s chances in the postseason. Delusional nonsense.
Furthermore, that quote is about racing, not necessarily about the outlook for the future.
This show needs to be 3hrs long I’ll be watching gladly every day 🤣🤣🙏🏻
Brou sounded like Rob Parker there! 😂 😂
I love this last segment but I think Wildes’ Wild Thoughts comes out smoother. You guys are awesome! Keep doing what you are all doing! Sincerely, Not Dawn/Don but still a fan🤣
So.... The Lakers had home court and were playing against a team that was short-handed. Then they needed OT to get the win.... and there are multiple reasons for Lakers fans to feel good??!? Nick is really working it today.
A win is a win...great team defense is HALF the game.
@@dontnonowuno9953 Lol. “A win is a win” is nonsense when evaluating my Lakers’s chances in the postseason. Delusional nonsense.
7 seed with how tha season started, jus half tha battle, now tha real season start, but if it wasn’t for tha last play they win in regulation, so yea a win is a win , that they needed to make tha playoffs, they have a good chance of winning a championship, everybody 0-0 now
Nick and Chris should school Skip Bayless on how LBJ makes a good play😂😂😂
0:49 Broussard "And it's not just based on this one game because I don't do that...." and then the look he gave to Nick was hilarious
It’s funny how Nick doesn’t remember Kobe’s lob to Shaq in semi-finals vs Portland. Or his pass to Artest to win NBA finals vs Boston. Or the numerous Derek Fisher game winners off a pass from Kobe.
Faxtz Kobe avg 6 dimes a game for his career ppl act like he ain’t pass
Imagine telling a guy with 5 chips he didn't make the right plays and he's to blame for LeBron being critiqued for passing up the last shot. I just realize Nick just doesn't like Kobe at all and laugh at his commentary.
Wildes facial expressions are priceless
It’s only “the right play” when the guy makes the shot. That’s the key.
Not true. Even if Dennis missed, that was a wide open , good shot. What more can you ask? LeBron to go up against 2/3 defenders? That’s the right play. Only casuals that think the best player always has to take the game winner would say otherwise.
@@Roc_Official it’s not even casuals that think that way, it’s people who care about aesthetics and looking good over actual results. Personally idgaf about how I look winning, I just want to win, whether that entails me taking a great shot attempt or passing to the most capable, open teammate for the last shot I’m doing what’s best to win. Anyone else who says otherwise is a loser, flat out.

Wildes Wild Tweets is an amazing new segment!
The Wolves shot out of their mind, besides Ant. They should have won, the fact that the Lakers won actually proves how insanely good they are.
Exactly nobody is talking about. Wolves shot 60% through 3 quarters. That’s absolutely insane!! They had to cool down at some point and when they did the lakers took advantage
Insanely good?
@@nerdbamarich2063 Would you consider the best record in the NBA in the last 23 games insanely good? If not, define.
WILDES IS A 💯 PERCENT RIGHT ✅️
He's actually wrong. No one had the ball and Lebron was on the floor first. If anything, it should have been a foul on Prinze or a no call. Let them play. refs also missed TWO goaltending charges versus Lakers. Sure, one was overtuned but the other could not be
Underrating LeBron defense during the game. Bron was killing it defensively.
Bruh stop
Factssss
Um no defense was off no one was playing real defense until the 4th quarter .
What. Im a Laker fan saying this. He gave up 10 point in the 1st quarter alone...
Run it back👀
@@NwoFresh lol exactly
If Lakers are going to even up against Memphis in the playoffs, they are going have to play better then they did yesterday. The game was stressful to watch. While they play well in defence in the fourth quarter, they had to rally back and wouldn't have to go OT if AD didn't mess up with that foul. We'll see how this first round goes.
Better than*

love the new Wildes segment with Brou as arbiter
Brew be chillen,Wildz be calm cool and composed, little nickey be spazzed and erratic lol 😂
My favorite show, Love you guys..
I agree. The star taking the last shot is dumb. The best opportunity to score should be the last shot.
That’s been the lakers all year. They’d tried to give that game away. Minnesota just doesn’t know what they’re doing. Denver would smack them. They got lucky to be playing grizzlies
Bru spitting facts
The mental aspect of the game cannot be overstated. Did Chris have this same outrage when a fully staffed Suns team only beat a skeleton crew Nuggets team by 4?? Teams let up all of the time in pro sports in games where there might be a missing star or player. It's VERY common. Teams lose their intensity and focus. It should not be that way but it's common
Wildes- that segment did not work out well for you😂😂😂

The way nick looks at the camera every 5 seconds is always so awkward…

LeBron has been guilty of dribble dribble dribble chuck up a three pointer as well. Glad he didn’t do it last night.

Its almost as if all these analyst don't believe the players on ALL of these teams are professionals too. I know they talk about 4 or 5 guys everyday, but the rest of the league are pro players also.
Ehhh...are they tho?
wildes is a national treasure but those are bad tweets
Now broussard say who have they beat last 9. Why not last 28? Same Timberwolves team that beat GSW and Pelicans recently..

Chris has lauded Jordan for not passing until today
Thank you Chrissssssssss no one had said this today.
Durant haven’t beat one good team in a Phoenix uniform but yet nobody talks about it.
You lost the plot on the right play when Skip started the narrative that MJ is God and to be clutch you ALWAYS must take the last shot. 😂😂
Kobe trusted Fisher, for Kobe it always came down to trust and he usually trusted himself over everyone else and sometimes he made it and sometimes he didn't, it's no one way because it's no guarantees
Most people clown on Kobe for NOT passing, wym??
Kobe missed the most shots should've passed

Wildes is the GOAT lol my fav sports show
Lets be real. It was much more critical for shroeder to make the 3 than for Lebron to pass to him
😂😂😂wilds my new sport analyst
Keep coming with those tweets Wildes, you're doing God's work.
Kobe made the right play to Ron Artest in the final game of the 2010 finals but I guess Nick forgot, like Kobe said “who am I supposed to pass to Smush Parker” I guess if he’s not giving Smush end of game shots nothing else matters
lol like 1x, kobe definitely took the last shot like 99% of the time
i hate how Nick uses Kobe missing the playoffs as his basis to keep him out the top 10. Those years he missed the playoffs his team was composed of Smush Parker, Chris Mihm, Kwame Brown, and Devean George.....all the while going up against SAS, PHX, and DAL who all had far superior teams. Bron losing to a far superior team (Boston Big 3) is the reason he went to join 2 certified All Stars.
When Kobe got some help in the form of Pau Gasol he went to 3 straight Finals.
Kobe was literally the biggest ball hog EVER.. he dam near crippled the Lakers but had so many fanboys they couldn't get rid of him (like Adidas were able to do pre-Nike).
@@dodadoe4593 he avg 4.7 apg for his career. MJ only avg 5.3 apg for his career.
they're not PG. They score.....and furthermore who was he passing too? Kwame Brown? The guy that missed a dunk by himself in the paint? Oh maybe Smush who couldn't even score 15 ppg on avg.
Exactly bruh lol that’s annoying keep bringing Kobe up like Bruh give it a rest… You got to look at his options and they’re weren’t good ones Fym
Kobe passed to Metta/Artest in Finals as well! Maybe when you get doubled you often should pass the ball?
Nick lo key admitting refs help the Lakers CLASSIC.
doesn't necessarily mean Lakers are going all the way to finals but everyone has faith in them
AD has a simple problem that is so obvious. He sets screens too much and too high beyond the foul line. His other teammates should be the ones setting those screens especially early in the shot clock. Change that situation and watch him score at will. This is the true flaw in the Lakers' half-court offense.
Minnesota shot almost 50% from 3 before the end of the game. Most teams won't do that.
How about there defense and team defending together and watch when they play another "good" team and win.
Minnesota is a better team without Gobert.
bruh chris and wilde’s have a grudge against lebron and the lakers
Nick thought Denver was a better match up.... then they swept the Lakers 🤣🤣😭
