Beth, I just took my tarte tatin out of the oven and it is gorgeous thanks to your perfectly described directions and hints. Also I had peach preserves which I substituted for the apricot preserves. Before I added my butter and brown sugar, I lightly sprayed my pan with Pam. Not one peach slice stuck to my pan. What a beautiful dessert - company worthy indeed! Thank you so much!!!

I get 25 pounds of peaches every summer. I make jam, freeze some and make lots of peaches recipes. I'm adding this recipe! Easy and looks like toy spent a lot of time on it!!

We get the best peaches here in Colorado, called palisade peaches. This dessert will be fantastic with them and it makes me think of my all-time favorite summertime breakfast…….crispy homemade Belgian waffles with peaches and cream.

Whenever I or my mother use puff pastry we always lightly brush on some milk (not too much) with a pastry brush so it doesn't burn or dry out.
Love this so much, and the only thing holding me back is it's too hot out to turn on the oven. Should be 70s later this week so I can't wait to give this a shot. Patiently waiting for the day you come out with a traditional lifestyle/cooking/entertaining book for modern day

Ok just read that you will film next month yeeey!! Love you. I have rewatched these videos like it’s embarrassing to say how much. I have another Q. Where I live they don’t sell big puff pastry just squares one. So i was wondering how i will work with that ?

And for the pastry squares I would actually follow the idea I did with this pastry in these apple pastries you could do the same thing with peach/apricot jam and the peaches! Ah yes! I have tried it! I do 350F for about 7 minutes! Really good :)

Can you make a simple easy vegetarian/alcohol free toffee pecan roulade I’ve always wanted to try it but it has alcohol or some sort of pork gelatine or something
