When the Salsa Air is new, the lock is protected or sealed with some plastic material. How do you get rid of this material? Thanks.

That's great but I can't reset my Rimowa locks anymore. I followed your instructions but once I set the new numbers the lock it opens either ways. I'm not sure what to do! -( Please help - I travel in 3 days...
