Style is very ordinary, price is good, climate is hot (means costly) good for a family vacation in spring and in autumn. Furniture is very lght local pine. Not for me. But I am not a refrerence.
I'm confused why the house is completely gated in, has iron bars on the windows, but one big completely open glass window and an open glass entryway? Beautiful home, though.
It is technically land that would allow for a house to be built, but due to a power line running over the top of it whoever buys it to build a house would also have to pay the electrical company to move the power line, making it too pricey to make sense to build a house there. The land has been "buildable" for the best part of two decades, and nothing yet. We do also have a name for who owns the land should anybody wish to try and buy that as well, guaranteeing that nothing can be built right next to the house.

Security bars were the traditional method used in Spain and have become the norm and petty crimes like thefts are extremely low in this area (not zero, but nowhere is!). Many home insurance companies will insist on security bars, and those who do not require them will almost certainly increase their premium substantially if you do not have them, hence why people still have them even with modern security alarm systems being available.

How do houses in drought zones get away with having swimming pools? I know it’s hot and it’s a luxury, but really not the best use of water

The majority of Spanish homes have barred windows, it’s not so much a security feature now more of an architectural style.
