- Soi Buakhao Pattaya Thailand is for ever changing. With more bars opening all the time and changes going on, Pattaya's Soi Buakhao is getting more and more popular with new visitors. It is situated between second and third road, and runs from Pattaya klang to Pattaya Thai. Geoff Carter gives you a guided tour so you know where to go on your arrival to Pattaya. These videos save you time and money.

I am a CZcams film maker making information films from around Asia, especially Thailand & other parts of the World.
I live in the UK but try to travel as much as possible to make video blogs with Free info and tips, to save You time and money.
I make the mistakes and share them with you, so you don't have to. I have tried to keep my channel completely FREE, & it will always be FREE to anyone and everyone.
I have now joined PayPal after advice from quite a few people who would like to donate.
This is an opportunity for people who would like to thank me for all my hard work, time for filming, & editing in the way of small donations towards my personal out lay and overall costs to myself.
It all adds up, and has now become a little too expensive for me to fund it all by myself on a regular basis.
I have realised the credit card doesn't last for ever, and came back to the UK with many bills to pay.
When I am away filming, I haven’t got an income, but I love showing the people new and exciting places to go to, that you may have never gone to unless you had seen my movies.
I don't expect any person, or persons to donate who does not want to, or hasn't got the means to do so, and like I said previously, my channel will always be FREE.
This is only set up for people who would like to help me fund my next trips a little sooner than me having saving up again, and waiting for the time when I can afford to go again and start filming.
Any donations will be greatly received, and are for my previous movies that I have made, and future films yet to be made.

Like you say Geoff, Soi Buakhao is the new place to go. Soi 7 & 8 are not as busy any more! The New Plaza is also good for a cheap Chang....try The Golden Ferret for great Ferang food with specials every day, Great favourites like; Lamb Shank, Liver n Gravy, Fish n Chips... the breakfasts are great too. I'm back in Pattaya on 31st October; can't wait. Keep up the fantastic work Geoff you do a fine job for Thai Tourism and keep us smiling, top bloke; give that man a CHAAANGGGG!!

+GEOFF CARTER I tried the Greek restaurant opposite the Old Market you mentioned off Soi Buakhao, can't remember the Soi.. but its on the Left after the Wok n Rock Bar; it has a Blue Greek Flag sign on the Lamp post. I have the Lamb Kleftiko every time I visit and it's as authentic as any Kleftiko I've tasted anywhere in Greece. Very tasty but it's 450baht! Keep Safe Geoff and Good luck with your future endeavours!

The Soi Buakhao/LK Metro area is my favorite part of Pattaya. I go to other areas some but this is my primary zone. Thanks for the video. It was excellently done and makes me want to get back to Pattaya all the more. Can't wait until next year when I retire and move there

Thanks for the update, hubby and I were only over July and your right so much is changing, not always for the best. Up Naklua next Geoff please, just a taste of what we are going back to, now all the bars have had to pull back, you have not done a video since you went to eor's bar in the rain and its gone now, think it's domino's pizza. V keep up the good work

my favorite place to stay Soi lengkee, cheap good clean rooms.
the location is great to beach road and mike shopping center.
just few mins to second road and head to soi6 on a songteaw off.

Thank you for posting these videos. I live and work in Korea ( I am from Texas) so I get to take 3-4 trips a year to Pattaya sometimes more. I usually stay in the guesthouses in and around the L.K. Metro area. I noticed it has really picked up with a lot of punters and such, so I have been thinking of moving a bit farther out. Keep up the good work Sir!

Hi Geoff!! You are great. Very informative as I was in Buakhao 1 week before. My favorite bar in LK Metro was THE CAVE. Everyday live music like Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Judas Priest etc.Check it next time. Cheers............

Brilliant vid of Soi baukhao geoff, was there last tuesday in patts for 6 hrs (you heard right....only6 hrs) flew into Bangkok from the Philippines at lunchtime & my next flight wasn't until 2am wednesday morning, wasnt planning on sitting in the airport scratching me head, so nipped down to pattaya for a while n seen a few mates, had a few drinks etc then back to the airport for my flight home. keep up the great work mate

That Sawasdee hotel on soi Diana was my 1st hotel for 2 weeks when i first visited haha its sound as for the price.
Great vid Geoff, as usual. Now you'll have the send the newbies to Pooks in Soi 6 but I guess you already knew that ;) Patts is a dream come true. What a fantastic place. Been 6 times in last 2 years and if it wasn't for a broken ankle I'd be there right now. As for the little ting tongs = oh my Buddha !!! Burned 28k in one go but I had the bar to myself with 11 of them in Soi 6. This xmas I'm gonna go for a dozen. 555. Cos that's the way we roll in Patts.

I stayed in the Chaba Hut, right across from the Piss Stop about a year ago. Very nice place to stay, with a lovely pool. The market was a great place to get Thai food. Loved Soi Buakhao!!!

Alright geoff...just got back after 3 weeks in thai,tried panang chicken from pattaya beer garden was really good!! also the hole in the wall food place on soi buck was quality,staff miserable tho!...took in soi7 and 8 had areal blast,hope to be back soon,cheers for the videos john
Never been to this area - although it looks just like all the Beach Road sois. If I ever return, will stay there. B600 and B99 breakfast can't be beat.
